“The hotel met expectations - it doesn't surprise you with anything above standard. I've visited a number of hotels across Europe and many three-star ones offered better service, a more substantial breakfast, hotel slippers and bathrobe (for a hotel where a spa is included as here is).
However, we stayed at a price that was more in line with 3 star accommodation (thanks to the Genius discount) and the accommodation fulfilled its purpose.
