Mattresses a bit too short for a moderately tall guy. No breakfast served and not so easy to find around on a Saturday morning (around 8am)

I'm not fond of large soft pillows but managed to eventually create a compromise with what I was sleeping with. Purely personal preference, no reflection on the accommodation.

Breakfast isn't included in this accommodation but there is a superb cafe recommended by the owner very near the 'pension' (as it is referred to by the owner) which does excellent breakfasts. The lady who owns the pension was extremely kind to me in that, after delays caused by cancelled flights from the UK, she offered to pick me up from the local railway station at 11pm at night and took me to the accommodation. Never had that sort of service before!

During tropical whether outside it was extremely difficult to sleep with sounds from restaurant and 30+ celsius inside the room (fan has been quickly overheated, lack of air conditioning)

Clean and tidy, modern techniques after reconstruction I suppose, next to tramway station, also Billa supermarket near the penzion. Highly recommended for people who prefer comfort.

This is not on apartment complaint, but Ostrava itself is very quiet city with lethargic city centre even on Friday/Saturday evenings, not what expected from the 3rd largest city of the country. No English speaking channels on TV.

We came to Ostrava for tennis tournament. The location was excellent, on one of the main city arteries, with many options (trams, buses, bikes) to get to city center. Good place to have breakfast just behind the corner; also the restaurants belonging to the apartment owners served very good meals all the day. The room is very modern with many client-oriented improvements and equipment to use.

The personal. I don't have words to describe what Ivana did for me. She pick me up at the station, took me to the hotel and after that took me to the festival that I needed to go. I really appreciate that.

I would have loved to have a coffee maker in the room or at least some more instant coffee (the indication of coffee possibility in the room was one of the reasons I booked here). I had an early online meeting and no time to get out before, the room was equipped with a kettle but very poor selection of tea and instant coffee. The bed was ok but a bit soft for my taste.

The place is very clean and the staff friendly. They were very helpful when I called to tell I would check in a bit later than expected. The location is excellent if one is visiting the Vitkovice industrial area, which is very close (and amazing!).
