Simple but acceptable breakfast. The worst part of the breakfast was the coffee. Entering the garage was exciting. We were surprised by the deposit of 100€.

View from the restaurant on the 5th floor was nice. The bed was OK. And cleanliness too. It will be a beautiful place after the completion of construction work in the area.

I thought the opening hours of the restaurant (for breakfast) were a bit restrictive. (The food options for breakfast are also a bit limited). Sometimes I could hear my neighbors, especially from the bathroom.

My room looked better in real life than in the pictures. It's very close to a tram stop, so getting there was pretty easy. The view from the restaurant was pretty nice. Staff were nice and understanding.

There is nothing wrong with this place. Only the location is not perfect. The neighborhood is not fancy and not close to the center, but ok.

The hotel is absolutely ok. Nothing fancy, a little bit old, but really clean and nice. The staff was nice too. The room was ok, the bed is comfortable. The location is not perfect, but the center is only 15-20 min on foot, so it is not so challenging and there is a tram stop too close to the hotel. The breakfast is included in price and it is a pretty good continental breakfast. So, we were satisfied.

- The instructions were that the breakfast is served started from 6:30 to 9:30 from Monday to Friday. today was a bank holiday and the breakfast time was rescheduled to 7:30 (as a weekend) without letting us know. The info about the time change for bank holiday is not available anywhere. I had to leave at 7:30 to catch my train and I considered the fact that the breakfast will be served starting from 6:30 and not 7:30 and I didn’t have any food or snacks with me. I would like to be informed. - internet was so bad in my room. I had to go the reception few times and they keeps saying that there is no problem with the internet as no one else complained and nothing to do for me. made me feel like I’m pushing hard for something that they’re not supposed to provide! the hotel promised Internet and it should be working equally in all rooms.

The beds were rather stiff (you could feel the springs), and depending on which person will be refilling your breakfast they might be really good or leave the tomato plate empty after the first plate.

Overall the hotel was very satisfactory. Nothing too special but gets the job done and the staff are treating the guests very nicely. The variety of foods at breakfast was exceptional.

It was cold in the room. The reconstruction is needed, the room was old-fashioned. Location is a bit far from the city center.

Breakfast was fresh and tasty, but not refilled, so it is better to come earlier. The view from the breakfast room was panoramic, liked it so much! Good to stay just for one night as it is not so comfortable place.

The room was spacious and clean. We loved the character of the hotel. Staff were accommodating and friendly.

The hotel seems a bit outdated with rooms. My room for example didn’t have AC. In addition, I was missing the shower curtain in the bathroom. I had to shower sitting in the tub not to make too much mess. There is a rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served (with a very nice view) but it is closed after the breakfast. The breakfast itself also seemed a bit poor. There was bread, eggs, some cheese and ham and coffee, tea or juice.

The property is located very close to the city center and in the walking distance of the Mendel Square. The hotel is located on the river bank with close proximity to hospital, few restaurants and grocery shops. The hotel itself is nice with nice and helpful staff. My room was quite simple but it was enough for 2 nights. The price of the room was very nice (low), which was great due to the last minute trip to Brno.
