Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Firstly the location is stunning, and the building is very attractive and fits well in its surroundings. Immediately we felt at peace with the sound of birds and the running water. The staff, particularly John, were very helpful and accommodating. We had a young toddler with us and they were very understanding which we are incredibly grateful for. The hotel has a very relaxed, comfortable vibe. I loved the decorations and layout. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms perfectly sized. The outdoor spaces were beautiful and the patio area near our room was perfect for us.

AustriaThe rooms were spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and I had enough space for my clothes and toiletries. The food in the restaurant was excellent, the staff amazing and super nice and welcoming and helpful. I stayed here two nights with my dog, our room had a river view and balcony and I wish I had booked longer. You can go on nice walks along the river, the town can be visited easily by foot (if you’re able bodied, there are stairs and uphill walking on uneven terrain). I got great recommendations from the staff about dishes in the restaurant and also activities. Parking was free and right in front of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and hope I can come back soon

CanadaThe only criticism I have would be that the website posting indicates "20 minutes to city centre". Maybe by car it is 20 minutes, but it was a very long walk - down the road to a bridge and then up numerous steep stairs to the city centre. It was a cold and damp day so the stairs were a bit tricky after a long day.
Staff and reception were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast offered good choices. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening which was very good. Rooms were very comfortable and we had a great view of the river. I would definitely stay here again.

SlovakiaPrice could be lower (we paid about 130 EUR for one night, incl. fee for our dog and local tax), but otherwise nothing really to complain about. Small remark: city center is about 15-20 min walking distance with last 5-7 minutes walking to a steep hill (or taking stairs). However, if you don't mind a bit of "excercising" the walk by the river is nice.
Beautiful location by the river with view on Tabor and its surroundings. Our room with the river view was clean and considering 3-star standard of the hotel there was all we needed. Receptionist was really nice and did an exceptional job. Breakfast were ok.

Great view from the balcony. Good breakfast. Car park on site. Bus stop right outside of the hotel. Very helpful staff. It's about 15 minute walk into town along the river. Taxi to the station was 150kc. Tabor is lovely, definitely go back.

BulgariaI was disappointed that the property does not have air conditioning. When I arrived, it was still very hot (above 30°C) and the room was also hot. Table ventilator wasn't enough.
The breakfast was very nice in very beautiful winter garden. The tables very nicely decorated and also the offer was huge. The view to the river and mill-wheel was gorgeous.
