Bungalows have very steep / narrow stairs, which is not kid friendly and impossible for disabled people.

We enjoyed the bungalow very much, gave it an "at home" vibe. The resort has lots of fun things for the kids to do and the restaurant has great food. Staff is lovely.

The schedule of the activities. Like we can use the pool for free before 13:00 otherwise we have to pay and with kids not everything goes as plan so I guess flexibility will be better

We love the place the buffet was very good we love it. They playground was good and the pool too. We bowling as well and was nice. The hotel restaurant was awesome but was pricey. We found a restaurant next to the hotel and the food was awesome and great we eat there couple times.

Clean, organized, super friendly staff, lots of activities (specially for families with kids). The restaurant of the resort serves very nice food. I guess in the summer with the lake should be pretty relaxing place

Our family spent a lovely couple of nights in one of the deluxe houses. The house itself was exceptional, everything we could ask for, tastefully decorated and lots of space. We enjoyed all the facilities, the pool, the lego exhibition, play zone, bikes around the lake, bowling. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and tasty. We also enjoyed the restaurant in the evening. We went late October, which was a quiet time, and it was excellent value for money.

I can only recommend! A very peaceful place, with beautiful nature, a great swimming pool and spa. Outstanding staff at the recteption - very caring and making sure that the extra recomendations are fulfilled. A very rary occurence! Compliments to the kitchen staff for putting extra effort in preparing the dishes. Chapeau! Vegan friendly.

very clean, comfortable bed and beautiful room. Access to wellness, pool, bowling. You need to visit their restaurant, the staff there was so friendly and the food one of the best here in Lipno. Breakfast - lot of to choose from and good.

Sauna is more crowded than expected. Also, I think it should be included in the hotel accommodation. Another problem is the terrace, which does not have walls. So one can easily see/hear the neighbor room, which I found not providing enough privacy.

Decorations are modern. Staff are nice and location is good. Breakfast is good.

We had exceptionally good stay. Staff is extremely helpful. Nicely built facility. Close to cycling path and lake. Breakfast are super fantastic with home made cakes 👍breakfast are perfect for early birds, starts at 7.30. Family friendly. Nice pool, with salt water. Next time will definitely go here again, highly recommended. 🤓 Facility has storage for bikes and skies.

No one informed us how to enter the hotel during the night. Only with luck we were able to catch someone to open the door.

Customer service is poor. It was my birthday on the 24th of April, and the lady, who checked us in and out, didn't say a word. A customer is a core of hospitality. I actually wrote them ahead about my birthday, and usually, 4 stars and higher hotels complement their guests so I guess this place deserves 3 stars if the staff cannot even do it verbally. Besides, there wasn't a hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers in our apartment. What is more, the same registration agent tried to charge me for the swimming pool: as I was informed it's complimentary from 7 am to 1 pm. First, she insisted that it's only free for guests who live in the building with the pool, excuse me, what about those who paid for apartments? Who are we? Strangers? Secondly, she decided to overcome the situation and said I should pay for the evening pool visit. After I mentioned that I and my family didn't go to the pool on the evening of April 23rd, she checked me out with a very "happy" face. Please take care of your guests, be professional and stay human. Have a nice day, not the one I had on my birthday!

All indoor activities are charged and prices for them, whilst discounted for guests are still high. Check in from four and check out at ten, all activities finish at 8 and don’t reopen until 9am following day. Swimming pool in the afternoon and evening is chargeable even for guests.

Staff really friendly, all facilities of a good standard, rooms light, clean and spacious. Breakfast was really nice and offered option for any dietary needs
