Excelent breakfast. The Appartment was very clean and comfortable. Great Pool/Souna area, for both kids and adults. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I cannot give a bad review on this as we knew when booking there was no air conditioner however if a fan or two was placed it would be a nice touch as during the day in august its very hot and in the evening when opening the windows you should take into account no nets.

The design is beautiful and the apt. very clean, the apt is spacious and the facility is wonderful for kids! The breakfast was rich and offered a wide variety and the fact that theres a resteraunt on site was useful. The views are spectacular .

- the room windows should be equipped with nets - the food in the restaurant was not always the best and some dishes at breakfast were not kept warm - the chef needs to use more salt and less sugar (especially in salad dressings) and to tone it down on "KOPR", it's not everyone's cup of tea and no, it's really not suitable to put it in scrambled eggs - the spa floor is slippery, and water was not served - no jacuzzi in the private spa - massage was a bit disappointing (too soft)

This property could easily be 5*! Beautiful serene place with lovely views, comfortable rooms and extremely kind and accommodating staff (you might ask yourself whether you are actually in Czech because they really know how to treat customers). Comfy (softer) beds and strong shower were a plus.

- our apartment (junior, the smallest) has indeed too small bed, I mean the bed is ok for 2 people, but definitely not for 2+toddler :)) - fridge was a bit noisy during nights - the quality of food (dinner) was not constant, for 2 days it was heavenly good and the other 2 days it was more like average - the indoor kids playground could be way better

we liked the outside playground for kids, also the quality of food was very good, the location is peaceful and remote, the animals around the hotel make the stay even more charming for kids, people at reception were always polite

Nothing about this hotel, everything about this hotel has exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is very comfortable and stylish. The breakfast was fabulous and had plenty of options for all tastes, the view at the breakfast room and restaurant was very beautiful, the food at the restaurant was excellent, we eat there every night. The location was great, very close to the hiking trails and bike routes. The staff were exceptional, very helpful and friendly, welcoming and with a smile on our way in and out. We can definitely say that this was one of the most comfortable, clean, enjoyable hotels we stayed in, we highly recommend and we will for sure come back sometime soon.

We were supposed to get a room with a mountain view, but we got a room with a view of the parking lot. So all the time we had to be with the closed curtains.

it would be useful to get international tv channels or an easier hdmi connection option to plus your own device, if you don’t speak Czech, it’s pretty useless. The wellness area is new and clean but only one sauna could be used (the finish one), the steam one was badly set up and it couldn’t be entered due to the high temperature and strong steam. Besides bowling there is not much to do, we missed having other options when the weather is bad. As to the location, it could be better signalled from the main road,

quiet location, nice view and a nice terrace, a new building in a good state, I particularly like the sheep, goats and horses being in the surroundings and visible from our room.

Not much. We expected some local beer from the draft after a long day walking. Nothing is wrong with the Pilsner Urquell but we know that there are great local breweries around.

Location is great, away from the crowds of Špindlerův Mlýn. Excellent for the people who like to enjoy a mountain walk and to relax. Staff was friendly and the room was comfortable, although you might ask for a room at the back as the restaurant and terrace(front) can maybe be noisy in the evening or morning, especially when there are school holidays and many children around.

Great place for short break or longer holiday. Worth every penny. EV charger just next to the entrance. We’ll be back for sure.

The only noise we could hear during the night was from other guests the area is exetremely silent during the night. The walls of the bedrooms seems to be paper thin.

I liked basically everything. The hotel is located in an amazing area, the facilities are good, the food of the restaurant is amazing (though a bit pricey), and the bedroom was big and comfortable enough for both of us. Totally recommend it!

Trough the winter - 27 Celsius of swimming pool, its not enough warm when you cross from outside rooms to the Main building and back. When you not use Sauna and Steam bath, you need the Pool will be more warm, when you was been in the mountain trough the winter day. Sorry but its uncomfortable, expecially for the small children too. May be the dannish and czech people are ok with that, but other people not. But its nice that the whole hotel was very warm space. Practically its must there be some thermometer device on the wall near to pool to show the degrees, like other hotel pools.

upon check-in, we were advised that the xmas dinner and spa were included in the price. The dinner was indeed but not the spa. We had to pay extra for it. it could be better to settle such things beforehand. the price was not damaging but it was just annoying to learn about it during the checkout.

the property is nice and modern. the food was good and despite misunderstandings the staff still tried their best. the room was cleaned every day.
