Well located not far from restaurants, shops and the city centre. Walking distance to the heart of the city as well as the underground to the main train station. Very clean room.

Very easy to check in. Just needed the pin. The whole place was very nice and clean. Plenty of facilities in the room for us to use . The location was also very good for the city centre

Was dark in the entrance to the room and where the wardrobes are, could do with some better directional lighting. But that is personal taste!

Good location about 10-15 mins walk from Wenceslas Square and not too far into the old town, close to all metro lines and near the trams and buses by Charles Square. On a quiet street so quiet at night and felt safe and secure. Beautiful old building and inside was very well renovated, modern and classic. Coffee machine and coffee included and bottle of water was a nice touch. Good communication with Numa before during and after the stay and was easy to check in and out online.

The only minor thing was we stayed for four nights and could have done with fresh towels in that time. I'm sure if we had asked they would have given us some.

In my room there wasn’t A/C only ceiling fan , can be an issue on really hot days.

Great location, close to center on one hand on other it was pretty quiet street. Very nice hotel with very nice design. Easy check-in and check-out process, option for luggage store in up to 8pm on check-out day. Really great value for money.

Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. From the price, to the location, to the aesthetics. It was less than 50€/ night. We stayed there in February for a couple nights. Really close to means of public transformation. I’m pretty sure there was a restaurant close to it, but we didn’t try it. We’ll definitely stay here again if we come back to Prague.

A bit expensive but you get a really nice digital experience. Luggage storage on the day of checkout till 8pm. Great location and just a good room in general

The only downside to this place was the size of the room and lack of lights. The size is okay for a couple of days, but I think if you were to stay for over a week, you'd have trouble. There were a lack of lighting in the room. You had to completely open the curtains to see anything or use the flashlight on your phone.

I loved the self check in feature. Any questions were also promptly answered on WhatsApp. The place was clean, there was a kettle for tea with milk and sugar, there was a coffee machine, complimentary water, extra towels and linen in the basement, bed was comfy and overall it was pleasant stay. I'd come back.

Don't clean the room evey day so you don't get clean mugs + refill on tea/coffee unless you ask.

Downstairs common room pretty useless and uninspired, just a bunch of chairs lined up against the wall with nothing to do. Courtyard also kinda useless, you can't even smoke out there, so nothing to do. Also evening lighting in the room was a bit dim, could use a ceiling light if you ask me. Shower panel could be bigger to protect against splashing water allover the bathroom. But these are small unimportant things, overall experience was a 10/10

Impeccable room. Best shower water pressure i've experienced in a hotel, ever. Comfy bed. Free specialty coffee.pods to start the day. Crazy fast wifi. Quiet and cozy. Free luggage storage until the room was ready, since we arrived very early in the morning.

The room is very dark. Even with all the lights on I could not really see myself in the mirror. Also the common areas are very dark and many lights did not function. It was quite hard to walk the stairs in the darkness. The lights were automatic and they just did not really switch on. You can hear you neighbours quite well so remember to bring your earplugs.

Very clean, nicely decorated rooms, comfy bed and I loved my bathtub! Easy online check-in.

I contacted the property to see if we were able to have Chrome-cast on the TV to put Netflix on in the evening time . They replied with instructions quite quickly however when we followed them the TV just said “no signal” and the normal channels on the TV only had News on them.

The hotel room was very spacious and extremely tidy. The bed was very comfortable and the room had black out blinds and there was no noise on the street so it was super easy to sleep at night.

We initially had a problem getting into our room. We finally realised it was how we were operating the door handle!!! Staff were helpful but we had to speak to several people before someone told us what we were doing wrong. Once we got this sorted everything was fine!!

We were very happy with the location...near to transport, supermarket and city centre. The room was fairly small but had everything we needed. The amenities in the bathroom were wonderful. The kitchenette was well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Will definitely come back again.

Everything was amazing. Just keep in mind that they will clean and restock your room once you leave, not during your stay. But you can restock yourself if needed. That was absolutely fine by us.

Everything exceeded our expectations, the rooms were big, bright and nicely decorated, super clean and well stocked with teas, coffee and water. So happy we stayed!
