We were told there was free public parking on the street next to the property; this is no longer the case and one has to pay.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood in an area of interesting domestic 30s architecture. Easy access to centre, walking down hill, and tram back up.

Everything was really fine but if we had had a dishtowel, we could have finished cleaning up our dishes.

Everything was absolutely great and Marek is a great host. He communicates extremely quickly and is very helpful about getting around Brno.

The only thing is that we did not have shower gel in the room, hopefully we had with us. And there is a second floor without elevator and we had a baby car.

A classic coffee maker or capsules included for the existing one would have been nice. :)

It is even nicer than on the pictures! Very modern and nicely renovated flat on the second floor. We liked the garden as well with nice pool and gazebo! It is located in a very quiet part of Brno with good public transport.

A portable room air conditioner would be nice, it was very hot that day.

Huge and comfortable beds, quiet neighbourhood, very helpful owner and overall cleanliness and size of the apartment. There was no problem with arriving later than expected.

Close to the city centre, situated in a quiet area, with easy street parking, this accommodation represented a good value stay. Comfortable sized apartment for a couple with a very large bed. Very small kitchen that mostly fulfilled our needs. A toaster would have been nice. Also, having a coffee table in the lounge room would have been a little more convenient. The number 39 bus stops very close to the property and takes you to the centre of town in less than 10 minutes. This is a great way to get into town and back again. No ticket purchase is required. Just tap your payment/credit card when boarding the bus. The hosts communication was excellent, and I'd be happy to recommend his accommodation to other travellers.

We have nothing to complain about. If we were to be slightly knit-picky - just based on our experience staying in other privately hosted accommodations - the experience would have been even more perfect if the flat was equipped with body soap and some basic tea. The place probably suits guests who eat out, as the cooking facility there is minimalistic by design.

The best part was the sleep: we were pleasantly surprised by the two queen size beds put together as a double bed plus the quality firm mattresses, soft feather pillows - you don't see such a combination often! Located on a very quiet residential street and great access to city centre, we couldn't ask for better sleeping facility & environment than this one. The tasteful antique furniture in the bedroom and a comfy sofa in the separate sitting room gives guests enough space from each other. The host lives next door and was ready to provide immediate help when we needed him. Needless to say the entire place was immaculately clean. I would book this accommodation again for our future trips to Brno if we're lucky enough to find it available.

Nice and cosy flat with all you need for a short stay. The neighborhood is calm and the flat has some greenery around, which gives you a sense of peace. The host was nice and friendly and the check-in and check-out process was contact-less.

The apartment is a part of a villa in a quiet neighborhood of Brno. In the garden, there is a swimming pool, which the guests can use. The apartment has two rooms, two bathrooms, and a small kitchenette. There is an espresso machine with coffee capsules. We plan to come back sometime!

- radio station next door - unfunctional kitchen: minimal working surface, microwave in the living area and coffee machine in the bedroom - uncomfortable dining table: very small table, sofa as a chair

+ location : We were just stopping along our way so the location far from centre was perfect for us. Park, tram stops, good restaurant and cafetaria nearby + playground and swimming pool on site - great bonus when travelling with kids

I needed this apartment mostly for one night stay in my long trip. It located in residential area and it is extremely quiet place. You cannot hear anything expect birds in the morning. But if you need to stay for a longer and see the city - trolleybus and tram stops are just around the corner and you will arrive into the city center just in 10-15 minutes. Apartment has vintage style furniture and it looks beautiful. Collecting key and communicating with owner was pretty easy.

Very comfortable, big place - quiet and beautiful neighborhood. You can quickly get to the historic center by trolleybus or walk (about 30 minutes), but in just 20 minutes on foot you can reach the nearest wine places, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend!
