The power supply of the wifi router wasn't there, so we had no wifi. There is basically no mobile internet reception in the apartment. Host did not fix this issue either despite telling them immediately.

It was hard to find a parking place, despite that there are reserved slots, because some spaces are being used by workers from Alza or other companies. However, I sent SMS to ask for other parking slots and problem solved. Shower enclosure was without a door, causing water when showering going outside (not didn't like but area of improvement :) )

It was easy place to find, easy to take the keys from the locker. Very close to the city center and Vankovka shopping mall. The apartment has a coffee machine (capsules). Under the building there is a mini store to find some groceries in case something is missing. If public transport is needed, there is a tram/bus station at 50mts.

The check out time is a bit early (at 10am), because we also needed more rest during the trip. The house keeping lady knocked at the door exactly around 10am ask for us to leave because she has to clean. I mean it’s not her fault because its her work. but it doesn’t have to be this precise, because we need to wake up, shower and pack our stuff, overalls, I enjoyed the stay, only that we need to leave in rush.

The apartment is nice, clean, comfortable. Good location.

There were a few problems in the apartment (e.g. one of the shower doors was missing or one of the chairs was unstable). These problems are not very severe but spoil the rest of the apartment which is well. Also, I think these problems are easily fixable.

We spent a day in Brno, which was a great place to explore. Also, the apartment was nice, not so far from the train station. The facilities were good.

The smell from the drains in the bathroom permeated the entire apartment. The whole place needs a little TLC - like new linens and pillows.

Some pots and pans in the kitchen were kinda greasy, like they weren't washed properly. The location of the apartment is close to the center, but if you're not familiar with Brno, you should know that it's a street where there are a lot of drunks. You are safe, it's just that it could be unpleasant.

It is close the the city center. The kitchen is equipped with the basic stuff you need. It was clean. There were shampoos and body gels in the tiny bags which was nice.

Although the math room and entrance was not renovated I think the appartment has a lot of potencial if it would be fixed. The location is a bit noisy and there were few homeless walking around, this locations is slight outside of the center and in a bit so clean area

I like that the property was near the bus station and also that I could do check in and check out at any moment because it was with a lockbox. Also the room was renovated.

It would be useful to have a place to put wet dishes, because when we washed the dishes, the water was dripping everywhere. But that was a minor inconvenience, everything else was ok 👍

The bathroom door did not close propertly and the smell from the bathroom came in the room. Also, that smell was strong and it was felt even during the night. The sheets were ripped.

The front door looks like it is an abandoned building. When you get inside, it looks like a horror movie hall, when you get in the room it looks nothing like what the pictures showed, for example no flowers. The staff is very hard to contact, and takes very long with answering simple questions, probably also because they don’t know English much. The WORST PART is that the hotel tried to scam/blame us for ‘blood everywhere, ruined bedsheets’ ?! Impossible I wont pay ridiculous €100 for something I never did. This people trying to scam customers after their stay.
