There where problems with their payment terminal, so they couldn't do the payment through booking. Just like other reviews. They send a link to pay which didn't work neither, because they exceeded their monthly revolt limit (I have screenshots with proof, although they denied that this could be the case) so I proposed to do cash payment. At first they said just use the link, but it didn't work. After 3 days we got a phonecall and angry message that we didn't pay and they needed cash right now. Little bit surprising after we told them a few times their link doesn't work and we can just pay cash anytime. We where not at the appartment when this unfriendly guy wanted to come over, so we just decided to go back to the apartment to get rid off this stupid situation. Untill he didn't show up... We where right about to go out again when the first guy came back home. Who did also the check in. We arranged everything with him, payed cash and after it everything was fine. This whole situation didn't feel good and felt a bit threatening. So we won't book again.

Location is good. Just outside the city center. It was spacious and clean. Communication untill check in was good.

The communication. There was some problem their payment terminal and we ended up having to pay cash on arrival, which was a bit annoying as we needed to stop for cash (turned out not to be a big problem as there's a cash machine over the road) but it took several text messages back and forth to figure out the total in local currency, with several messages left without reply.

The location was great; just under a leisurely ten minute walk to the centre. The facilities were great, there double beds (one double and two large sofa beds)

All in all the apartment was quite dirty. Walls needs refreshing and furniture with equipment (bad, table, door,shower , Wi-Fi) were partially broken ! Max price for such standard is 70-80 euro-location of apartment really good. Parking Gate - totally unacceptable!

The check-in is in person so we need to exchange several messages with a host before we meet for a key. The water boiler in the bathroom should be secured better.

The accommodation has a private parking in the yard next to the apartment building. Location is very good if you are with a car, since the historic center can not be reach with a car (it can but it is not so easy). It is about 5 min walking to it. The host was friendly and the apartment is bigger than we expected.

Beautiful City, nice to visit. My trip was for a Concert, but in the rest of time we have visited a lot of interresting places. I will return, definitely. The host was very kind, the accomodation was good. Parking next to the window, easy to communicate with our host who is a wonderful person. Very close to the Center and objectives. Apartment good equiped, 2 bathrooms , good light and warm. Thank you!

A bit older equipment and furniture. Noisy boiler, not easy to regulate temperarure of heating or shower. Sofas not very comfy for sleeping.

Location is amazing. Near to city center, train station, public transport, car parking. Comfy bed.

When we first came there it was not clean, there were bugs in sugar and ants on the floor. Kitchenware was dirty, we had to clean it before using it with not even available derergent to clean it. In the bathroom there was very creepy boiler and only extremly hot water to shower. Only one toilet paper, not more for us to use during the stay, not even hand cloth to dry hands after toilet. We were told the heatings works but we turn it up and it did nothing. It really needs new equipment and proper cleaning to be good.

Location was great next to train and bus station, lot of space, tv + wifi.

Convenient location, just 5 minutes from the city center. The owner also offered us to use their parking lot. the apartment is spacious and clean. Quiet place for a family. Definitely recommend

The quality of the accommodation was excellent. It was particularly helpful to have basics provided, such as coffee and olive oil, which avoided having to buy them for a short stay (and probably wasting what was left over). The location is in a lively area with good communication to the city centre, but quiet from the late evening for undisturbed sleep. We would certainly recommend these apartments for anyone wanting to visit Brno.

Wonderful place to stay! Located in a fun neighborhood, safe and quiet with great restaurants. Wonderful location, great amenities overall. It was so nice to have a functional kitchen! Being located near center of Brno. Check-in and check-out were very easy.

Good value for a stay in comfortable apartment near city centre with parking. Also, rooms are very large. Thre is no Air conditioning as gar as I could tell. Need to sleep with windows open which is ok if you are not a light sleeper.

Clean and well appointed apartment situated, the area is newly developed with local shops and restaurants nearby. The old town is about a 5-10 minute walk but if you wanted there is public transport on the doorstep, we found the location perfect. Highly Recommended

The apartment was located in a very nice old bilding and within walking distance from the old town. It was quite clean and there was a lot of space, plus smart tv and kitchen appliances. There is no reception but they send the instructions per email, so it’s easy to get in.

Owner did not mention anywhere in Booking.com that he charges extra for late check-in after 20:00. Depending on arrival time one can expect to pay up to 15 Euro extra. The apartment itself is in an old building. Basically it is an old apartment with cosmetical renovation. It is spacious, but at the same time cleanliness was not acceptable, beds were not comfortable and the price for this trip back to 90-ies was way too high.

The only minimal good thing about our stay at this apartment was its location. It is locations right next to old town which can be reached by foot in 10 minutes.

Location is really good, nearby is the huge Vankovka shoping center, the room equipped with everything you will need. Staff is very helpful and we really enjoyed staying here. Would definitely recommend.

We loved that kids had separate room, modern living room with dining table. Apartment was spotless and was kitted out with everything we needed, including a dryer which was a bonus traveling with two small kids. We'd definitely stay there again.

The staff on reception were extremely helpful and informative. We stayed in their apartment rather than hotel room but they still helped with the luggage and sent messages via WhatsApp to let us know when apartment was available as we arrived early and also informed us of a taxi strike etc. Great location and very comfortable.

My only thanks to the guardian at the reception who helped me with check in and with luggage, and gave me towel and soap. Also there is very nice authentic view inside.
