The breakfast at this hotel is superb and together with nice wellness is the main reason we are going specifically to this hotel. The hotel restaurant also offer very good monkfish on menu.

There are few parking places and sometimes it was difficult to find a place.

Very nice hotel in an old building, renovated with style, has a great vibe. Nice cosy restaurant, beautiful terrace and with excellent food, I dare to say the best in town.

Excellent location near the historical city centre, friendy staff, extensive breakfast, quiet and clean room with comfortable beds. There were tropical outside themperatures during our stay and therefore the air-conditioning in the room was really appreciated. Easy and free parking in front of the hotel.

Our shower in the bath was difficult to manage but this was a minor problem.

Location was great for exploring Litomysl and the on-site restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was very good too. Beds were comfortable . Hotel rabbit warren layout was interesting! We enjoyed our 2 night stay.

Limited choice of breakfast and the coffee machine was working poorly. However, the first day the waitress offered us she would make us a capuchino using the bar machine when she saw the self- serve one for the breakfast was not working.

The receptionist was very helpful and kind and the suite was clean and well decorated as well as well equipped. There was an iron and an ironing board which we found handy. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of sitting options. (main table, sofa, another table with chair at the wall). Smetana suite highly recommend for wedding preparations especially for it’s light and chic interior design.

The hotel is directly in the city center, connected by terrace to castle’s garden. Interior mames you feel like actually living in castle. Restaurant is excellemt and staff very professional and friendly.

Maybe it would have been nice for breakfast to remain open a little longer or to at least be served until we finish as all the delicious little bits and pieces were leaving while we ate !

This is by far definitely the best place in Litomyšl or as we call it very lovingly - Little Myšl 💗 We asked for a room with back gardens view that we wanted and everything was absolutely perfect.

My only complaint concerns sockets - there had only be two of them, and we had 5 devices that needed charging, co we had to put out some lamps. No big deal, but it would be nice to have more options to charge electronic facilities, and my hair styling set did not fit the socket in the bathroom - also a minor inconvenience.

I really enjoy my stays in hotel Aplaus each time I visit Litomyšl on my business trips. In fact it is the best hotel in quite a wide part of Czech rep. it is located right next to the lovely renesance historical centrum of the town (Unesco heritage). The hotel is very cosy, has very interesting design, has an on- site exquisite restaurant, really delicious food very professionally served. The room was, as usual, well equipped, spotless clean, with a lovely scent, free bottle of sparkling water, quiet, quite big for both of us. I do recommend this place and a walk around Litomyšl historical centre, it only takes about half an hour but it is worth it.

Wifi seemed poor. Tv with only one channel in English and not great reception. Bathroom needed attention (drains, shower position and splash glass).

Excellent location, the hotel is in the middle of the historic town. Fridge in the room. Very good restaurant with very attentive staff. Parking was very limited, but free of charge with the guest card provided by the hotel.

the A/C in the room has to be regulated through the reception and only until 23:00 (didn't work in our room after all), so if you set it too hot or cold, no chance to regulate/switch off later in the night. And the only window opens into the hotel interior, hence no fresh air at all.

Great location, free parking on the weekend, spacey room, modern design. the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was more elaborate than we expected. Elevator and high rated restaurant.

There is nothing I dislike.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are nicely arranged, clean and comfortable. The street is very quiet and few meters from the city centre. The restaurant provides great selection of foods and drinks. Breakfast is on high-level and super-delicious!
