The room was cool. The heating/cooling in the room allowed a choice of modes: fan, cooling. However, the heating did not work.

Good location - 15 minutes walk to the old town. The room was spacious with high ceilings. Comfortable mattress. Easy check-in at any time - you pick up the key from the code box. Parking on the adjacent street is a square with a barrier. Key to the padlock attached to the room key.

Breakfast coffee could be better. We had to go to a cafe in the area.

The location is great - only 2 tram stops from the city center. A good place to start exploring the city of Brno. Breakfast was okay, worth the money.

I chose this hotel for my business trip because of its central location. It's perfect for a short-term stay. I liked the uncomplicated check-in process, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff at breakfast were very nice.

TV was outdated, some new smart TV with netflix and similar apps would be appreciated Bed could've been better, the two mattresses were always sliding apart

what i didn't like is the floor carpet of the room is not as clean as I expected. But everything is fine, I suggest putting a shoe rack inside the room.

What I like the most is the receptionist that gives me a good impression she is very accommodating to guess especially me and my wife. I highly recommend Hotel Arte to my friends who want to visit Brno, Czech.

The elevator is extremely tiny, can't fit a baby pram in it.

Bathroom and room definitey needed renovation (tiles on the loose, very old carpet), room was much smaller and older than expected based on pictures.

Breakfast was bit of let down. I understand that property is small and cooked breakfast would be waste of money to make as buffet but charging for items such as scrambled eggs or sausages should not be part of 4* hotel policy. Also coffee in the rooms should be complimentary not chargeable.

Had lovely spacious room for 3 people. Even though the room was facing the main street, it was quiet. Beds were comfy and clean. Bathroom was clean but water pressure could be better. Reception was nice enough. The girl who checked us in was slightly better than the one on check out, bit more of smile would not hurt.

It's a tiny room. It felt crowded even though we left the luggage in the car. I would hate to spend more than one night there.

The staff was very accommodating: we checked in late, and left early in the morning. The hotel staff prepared us doggie bags on request - which was great.

I was given a room at the front on a busy road, but double glazing was reasonably effective. Coffee maker in the room incurs an extra cost.

Friendly staff. Good packed breakfast as I had to leave before breakfast service commenced. Nice sized room.

I've been to this hotel for so many times and I'm just thinking to move over to live in Brno. I love this city, I like this hotel, its location and comfort. It's surrounded by nice parks, offers good value for money and it's relatively close to city center (2 tram stops). Thank you, we'll be back.

Very dark in a room and bathroom. It was too cold in the bathroom and the heater wasn’t working.

Economic hotel in good location - you can reach old town easy by foot. Room was big, clean, but needs renovation. Breakfast was ok. It is great that you can come with a pet, on the other hand it cost ~12€ per night.

The carpet. It needs to be thrown out and replaced with vinyl flooring.

Easy to find, a great park by the hotel for our dog, the breakfast, the bed, the parking. We enjoyed the walk to city center.
