the Hotel needs a makeover, there was no light in the room that they gave me first and smelt like cigarettes. Still the stuff were very collaborative and I had bigger one instead

The juices at breakfast were very sweet and some of the bread was dry one day, so it seemed like they put new bread only every other day. The bed was very stiff, maybe better for people who weight more. There was no real curtain, so light would come in in the morning. There was also no window cover in the bathroom. Some surfaces (table etc) in the room were visibly dirty and I had to clean them myself. Carpet was rather old and used, not very good for people with asthma and allergies.

Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good, they had a little bit of everything, even a cake. Towels and toilet were clean. Location was good, close to the metro.

The room had no blinds and the curtains barely cover the window so I had a hard time trying to sleep past 6.30am, but you can easily solve this issue with sleeping masks.

The breakfast is pretty good (buffet style), the beds were comfortable, shower super strong and hot. Nothing fancy, but very good for the price.

First, the bathroom wasn't cleaned after the previous guests. Hair on the shower tiles, used soap in the shower, dirty sink... I had to ask them 3 times to clean it, and even so they didn't. The 3rd time, they argued that they clean the room once in 3 days, even I specifically explained that it was already dirty when we checked in!! Old furniture, dirty hallways, stains on the carpets. Wifi not available in our room. The matress was too worn out, I had to sleep on an edge because in the middle was a big hole. Dead insects in the corners and a lot of old dust.

Location close to the metro, direct line to the city center. Long term parking at 10 min walking distance, low fare per day. Decent breakfast. Heating and hot water working properly.

Old-fashioned furniture, breakfast is limited variation, so dusty in the hanging lamps in the bedroom.

We booked for family room (5 persons): Speedy checkin process, parking available for EUR10 per night, bathroom is good, we slept well.

The room was pretty old and the carpet across the hallway and inside the room was too old with stains. But that isn't a deal breaker for this price.

Parking is a bit tricky and only limited spaces are available. We could not find a parking space but the receptionist helped us to find the parking and in the end did not charge anything.

It was an old room,some lights were missing and some other things didnt function properly. Overall though there is no serious problem to make one's staying uncomfortable.

It is very close to all public transportation and in a nice neighborhood. It's decent for its price and it meets all basic needs. Breakfast was good too.

Toilet and shower - it's two different and tiny room. It's not very convenient. Ventilation is very loud. Amount of sockets is not enough. There are no sockets near beds.

Location is very good. It is close to the highway and close to the metro - so it is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore Prague. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is good. And staff is very, very friendly. Thank you.

The toilet did not have any toilet papers and the shampoos and soaps were just sachets for the stay which was too much on cost cutting.

The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't a really good sweet breakfast (like croissants or chocolate cream)

All the people who work here are very friendly. I really appreciate that they allowed us to leave our bags in a safe place the last day (we had the check out in the morning and our flight in the night, so we visited the city without our big bags)
