We are vegetarian family so I request to have some vegetarian option included in breakfast. Also restaurant staff was not understand English so they were not able to answer our queries. Also they are not changing towels for 3 days ( whole stay) - which seems to be unfair.

All around the walls in the room and the bathroom, you see damages and marks of the old building. A renovation is necessary. The room size and cleanliness is good but the bed comfort was terrible. We stayed in 2 rooms and 5 people in total and everyone complained about the bed comfort. Anyhow, the price-performance was good for 2 nights stay and I can recommend.

The location of the hotel is good. You can walk to the tram or metro station in 5-6 minutes. Around the hotel there was nothing to see as a tourist but you can go to the city center in 15 minutes. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. We reserved 2 rooms for 5 people and both rooms were big enough. The breakfast was enough but simple. Price performance level is good.

The maintenance is bit off somehow. As soon as I entered the room the light bulb did not glow. it was disappointing. the bedside lights were also not functional. they got repaired after complain(not all). This should be at least checked before you allot a room for which you are getting paid.

Basic clean room with nice shower. The location is good. about 8 min walk from Skalka metro station. also tram no. 22 which goes near the old town square is not far from the hotel. Breakfast is good. the bed was not super comfortable but thumbs up for the pillows.

There was a strange smell in the room. The toilet tank did not work, it would not fill up with water after flushing unless the tank cover was moved.

The accommodation is located close to the metro. Overall, it is good value for money.

Room is very old, a lot of negative smells inside th room an in th corridor. WC is extremly small. It's cheap hotel but it was way below my expectation.

Internet was relatively weak

The hotel was identical to the pictures, located very close to the metro, you don't need additional transportation. The host was very friendly. Although we had to check out at 2:00 PM, our room was ready for us at 11 AM. The rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast was delicious.I think it's an ideal place for the price

There was a noticeable hole in the mattress, through which a spring protruded and tore a hole in my pajamas, causing injury to my leg. When I attempted to address these concerns with the night staff, I was informed that the spare mattresses were locked in a room, and the key was with the cleaning staff. Moreover, the night staff member could not provide any alternative solutions or assistance, leaving me without recourse until morning. This experience has left me deeply disappointed in the service provided by your establishment. I urge you to address these issues promptly to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar hardships.

Super good breakfast buffet. Clean and comfortable beds. We were there on a weekday, for a very good price. The city center and the castle can be easily reached by tram or metro.

I'm not sure why, but I had small pieces of hair under pillow and on the sheets. Like someone freshly after barber visit lay down in my bed before I got there. For me this was disgusting and unless this becomes last hotel in Prague, i will avoid

Huge payment problems. We payed by app, when we checked in hotel receptionist said that it's all good. Day later receptionist said that we have to pay for a stay while we payed already. Reception said that this day it is booking problem that it didn't accept our payment and many other guests had same problem but day later at our check out receptionist said that everyone got to pay at the hotel and they never take payment by booking. When we wanted to talk to manager he didn't even wanted to talk to us by phone. On Saturday receptionist said that manager gave us a discount for such an inconvenience but the other day other receptionist said that we don't have any discount, and started arguing with us. We showed him SMS's with another receptionist that was proving that he gave us the discount. He was really rude, we had to explain him 394492 times that his manager gave us a discount but he clearly thought that he was right even tho he didn't call a right person to ask about this discount. He was also asking us stupid question like "do you want this room for free or what?" "Why would you get a discount, For what?" Unprofessional at its finest. After a long discussion we asked him if he could call the receptionist that we were talking with yesterday, and he finally called him and told us that we were right. Totally waste of time. Next time before accusing, inform yourself better. In summary Waste of time, rude receptionist in the check out, so much problems that they will not inform you about in time. Never going back.

Very reasonable price for Prague at Xmas, close to metro (5-7 min walk). Safe and quiet neighborhood, breakfast was full and delicious, free parking.

The room was big enough but seemed a typical dormitory: dirty walls, carpets, shower tub. At least bed linen was clean and not smelly. It is a place to stay 8 hours :)

I arrived at 23:30 and reception was open and Lady welcomed me well. She was friendly and helpful, assisting me to find a parking place but I had to pay 10 Euro - 250 kc to park in front of the Hotel. The room was hot and heated well. I did not have time to try breakfast.

It was really nice, we stayed for one night, the room was clean, breakfast was sufficent, location is close to the subway station, you can also get on the bus for one station to arrive at the subway station.
