It’s a little pricey for the weekend we choose. Amenities are a little lacking (tissues). Parking place is hard to find due to one way street (not shown in Google).

It was very very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. Location is great and the owners were friendly and quick to reply. Parking location was also very safe and hidden.

Some noises of traffic from the street when you open the windows, but this is usually normal if you want to stay in the city centre and was not a big issue for me.

Cozy and tidy apartment, very close to the city centre and to shops and markets. Staff is very helpful and friendly, they have been very kind with an early check-in and Hanka is a very nice person. I have particularly appreciated the availability of a coffe machine with enough capsules for the entire stay (and of a Pilsner Urquell bottle as well!).

Two massive bedrooms as well as an extremely large lounge area. Just what we needed to stretch out. Great shower facilities. Secure carparking. Hostess with the mostest. Superb kitchen and even had a washing machine and a clothes rack! Had a couple of evap air coolers for when it gets warm. Just a short walk into to town - great location.

Perfect location, close to the city center 10min. on foot, the tram station just in front of the apartment. Easy access by one-ride trollybus from the Pilsen main railway station. The grocery store and food store nearby. Drying rack for clothing was very convenient. They arranged for early check-in to our request, for which we appreciate their flexibility and assistance. The room faces the inner court and was very quiet. The communication with the staff after reservation was quick and clear. It was nice stay.

The apartment faced a main road so during hot weather it was noisy and you couldn't leave the windows open for fresh air in the evening. The fan and portable evaporative cooler were not up to the task providing comfort on hot days and nights. (30oC+). There were no instructions for the washing machine and it took a while to google how to use the machine. Also, it would have been nice to have a tourist map and some basic sightseeing information available.

New apartment, spacious, comfortable and nicely furnished. Very good Wi-Fi. Location was close to the city centre. Private, secure car park. There is a bakery and small convenience stores close by for groceries.

Pavel the host was amazing. There was parking on site, across the street from the main square. everything about this apartment is top notch!! would recommend and definitely will be coming back.

Very Minor - Tkere was a problem with Payment being entered in incorrect currency and we had to wait for Credit / reconciliation to be processed by the Bank. Took 3 x days. Easily overcome by having Booking.Com manage payments.

The Apartment is beautifully appointed, with really great Central Heating, in a great location and met our expectations.

The doors slam too violently. I made the same mistake the first day or two of letting the door slam shut behind me before I grabbed hold of the handle and let it close quietly. Unfortunately, there were renters who didn’t care. I almost came out a few times to bang on some doors and tell people to knock it off. I would recommend a hydraulic or spring loaded hinge attached at the top of the door and jamb to prevent these doors from closing so loudly.

Plenty of very good restaurants close by. I was able to walk to the Pilsner Urquell brewery on 2 different occasions. The view was awesome outside my windows. Your vehicle is in a gated parking area. The property is well lit with security cameras. I had a great time. The apartment was wonderful. I packed too many clothes as I did a lot of wash quite often with the provided washing machine. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Plzen. Pavel, the owner, returned any phone calls I made to him promptly. If I ever make it back to the city, I am staying here.

The apartment was more spacious in reality than in the photos, absolutely fantastic! Also, there were all appliances, pots, pans, cutlery one could ever need, not to mention a coffee machine.

Whilst the parking is a major plus, it's a bit annoying having to unlock 2 gates if arriving back after 6pm and then having to call a number for the 3rd gate to be opened. We weren't given any instruction on how to open the automatic gate, luckily we were able to reach someone and they sorted it but if not we would have been stuck and unable to get the car out the day after we arrived.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is great just a short walk from the main square. We took advantage of the parking space which was really useful. Nice touch by the host we found 2 bottles of Pilsner Urquell in the fridge for us when we arrived!

Beautiful and cozy apartment located just a few minutes walk from a nearby park that takes you to the city center, with several pleasant coffee and dinning places on the way. Solid internet connection and cable TV, heavy curtains and well-isolated windows gave us a great night's sleep during our stay. The manager was also very friendly and responsive and we were offered welcome drinks and coffee free of charge upon arrival.
