The bathroom was a bit too open for me. Traveling alone was fine but if there were two people in the room, the open shower wouldn't be very comfortable. Something to consider when booking the hotel.

Everything! The building, the location is just in the heart of Brno, staff, breakfast. There is a museum inside the hotel (free for hotel guests) and you can learn more about the architecture, architect and the building itself. There is also small cafe in the hotel. You can also visit the terrace in the 10th floor with superb views. Breakfast was really good, wide option.

It was a twin-bed room, my mate was a female, a friend of mine. The wall of the wc and the shower was made of glass... ..so it raised some logistic problem. This glass wall can be good for a single room for a solo traveler.

Our room was located in between the floors where elevator stops, so if you travel with heavy suitcase you still have like 8 stairs. Also the hotel is 9 floor building with one elevator so sometimes it takes time to get up\down, but it is a minor nuisances.

We were traveling to Brno for 3 nights. The hotel is very nice, located in re innovated historical building. The staff was nice and helpful and breakfast was tasty. Complimentary water bottles, tea, coffee and clean cups were placed every day after room service. We were satisfied with our stay.

The heating couldn't be regulated below 17 degrees and it got rather hot during the night.

Beautiful hotel with such interesting history. Great location, fabulous roof terrace, exceptionally clean. Great design. Great value for money.

• too soft bed • the room was so much overheated (with no possibility to control), that it was possible to sleep only with windows open (and unfortunately catching a bad cold in consequence...) • most of the furniture were replicas, the originality was not fully reached.

• it was nice to experience the great architecture of this heritage building. the original spaces are amazing, and as hotel guests we could visit and use them (for outsiders it comes as a museum, with an entry fee). • we liked the glass wall bathroom, the shower was very spacious - nevertheless i can imagine, that some people won't like the toilet being behind only a curtain...

The room was extremely hot (in November). I closed down the heating and openend all windows for several hours, but it did not seem to help.

The central location was very good, and it was surprisingly quiet in the night. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was average but enough to choose from.

Staff at breakfast- no word, no smile, two women at the corner constantly speaking each other with zero attention to the customer. Only two enormous pillows in the room, no possibility to use a standard one.

Strategical location, renewed room with big shower, very kind and professional staff at the reception, very quiet hotel. Amazing view from the roof terrace.

Breakfast was questionable - the hot food was just sitting there with no lid on, drying out. Nothing was covered, so all the fruit and cold cuts had dried up and were curling. My friend ate it though and was fine. I stuck to (stale) bread. The bathroom design was wild - just a pane of glass between toilet/shower and the rest of the room. I don't think any couple, no matter how committed, wants to watch (and hear) each other use the toilet. There was a little modesty curtain but it didn't do much. Also, the design choice did not extend to carpets. I understand a painted concrete floor is probably easier to keep clean but it's not very inviting.

Well located hotel, just off a busy shopping street. Very quiet at night. Recently renovated although you can still see the early 20th century design of the building. Nice roof terrace.

the cleaning was a bit erratic. toilet rolls not replaced. coffee tea sugar not topped up and bun left I emptied even when the beds had been made so someone had clearly been in the room.

It is not so easy to find a place, where place a car for parking. From parking till the hotel - aprox.10-15 minutes to walk ( if You will be lucky - may be 5 minutes :-) )

Basically everything was perfect, but just to say: the bathroom is not completely isolated, so if someone is using it, the light is spread all around the room, but if on vacation who cares?!?

the staff is helpful, polite and available at any time; they are totally devoted to guests’ needs the breakfast was wonderful: best scrambled eggs ever! our room was very nice and comfortable. The location is indeed valuable; there’s a no-stop garage at 200m from the hotel (400 kc per die); the hotel is in the city center, quite, nice and safe

The rooms are facing west and get really hot, the air conditioning doesn’t work really well and it can get hard to sleep in such heat.

Amazing design, location and best views of the city from the terrasse or balconies.
