The toilet kept making noises, there was water flowing long after flushing. It was during the night so I didn't want to bother anyone, because I'm sure they would have helped me!

Breakfast was tasty, I enjoy it everytime. There was a great selection. The staff was helpful and nice as always. The room was cozy though the furnitare is a bit older. The location is very convenient.

Noise from other rooms. I surmise that that walls between the rooms are in fact just cardboard or something similar. But I didn't have really noisy neighbors, so it was not really an issue for me.

It was great experience overall, there were no real issues and I liked the breakfast and staff was friendly.

There is no refrigerator, microwave or any plates/utensils in the room, which would have been practical.

Extremely friendly staff, good beer at the bar & tasty breakfast. Parking is free. There are many pubs, restaurants and shops nearby (10-20 minutes walking distance).

Its nice hotel close to city center of Zlin. Staff was nice and friendly and the room comfy. Breakfast was OK with good options. Price reasonable so I can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is visiting Zlin.

- Nothing really, the hotel matched my expectations.

- Location of the hotel in a very quiet part of Zlín. - The beds were extremely comfortable. - The breakfast was rich. The coffee machine was running on Nespresso capsules which was a pleasant surprise. - The reception staff was very attentive. - Was able to stay with my dogs.

location wasnt great, all the info in the hotel talks about a sauna yet that actually is for a different location, also no coffee to make in the room- you must go buy it from the lobby.

Parking places were very rare at 20h30 but this was also due to the fact that some hotel clients did not park their car so well. The design of the hotel corridor could be "refreshed".

Very pleasant stay. It was my first stay but I would come back. The reception staff was very helpful. Very good breakfast (quality and choice). Fresh bread,Eggs, fruits, cakes, dairy products... everything was available.

My sister did not like that the only access to the bathroom was through her room.

The hotel interior deserves a renewal, but furniture is still functioning. If you are not used to noise from trains, the rail nearby can disturb you. I was disappointed, that the baby chair in the canteen was full of crumbles, apparently not cleaned for some time.

The staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious (I could even park the stroller in the bathroom!) and beds are large. Carpets in the rooms and curtains in windows (the hotel is next to the block of flats). Checkin and checkout went smooth. Breakfast was ok (150 CZK/person), I liked the cakes. The parking lot is in front of the hotel. Bata's houses and the bike path (7,5km to ZOO) very close to the hotel is a nice bonus.

Outdated interior, overall look and feel. Still good value for money as this hotel is cheap.

Nice breakfast and good value for money but do not expect luxury and modern interior. Room is spacious but lacks working space and bathtub was tiny with no possibility to stand up and shower.

They could have separated the beds as I asked for 2 singles, but we just did it ourselves, eggs at the breakfast were cold.

Girl at the reception was friendly, comfortable beds, parking in front of the building and breakfast was pretty good, I liked the coffee. Overall the hotel is a bit oldschool but nicely located in a neighbourhood close to the centre, like 15 minutes walk approx.
