An excellent room in a beautiful central location only a 3 minute walk from the historic part of Znojmo and a 3 minute walk from the main bus and train station. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and generous (made to order, not just a buffet). The check out staff were wonderful and even gave me a bottle of wine as a parting gift.

Breakfast included no fresh vegetables or fruits. The Wi-Fi signal in our room was almost nonexistent, so the Netflix on the SmartTV couldn't work. The staff couldn't help us with that issue because it was a holiday and no one could come and fix it, plus they were very surprised to hear we had that issue, so we were probably unlucky.

Very clean, staff was for the most part very nice and helpful, room was quite big, location is 7 minutes walk away from the train station. At the end of the stay we got a bottle of wine and a jar of apricot jam.

The entire hotel is renovated. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. A 4-stars standard is maintained. The delicious a-la-carte breakfast lets you start your day the proper way. Marek, the host, is a very kind and concerned on fulfilling his guests' wishes. I was very very surprised by this hotel in the heart of Znojmo. High class standards, boutique hotel atmosphere. We missed vegetables and fruits at the breakfast, would appreciate rather buffet style of breakfast.

I liked the location of the hotel which was near to the historical center - 5 minutes walk, the room was quiet even though it was close to a big road/roundabout, the bed was really comfortable. The overall room design would need a bit more care (for ex. 5 different styles of wood in the interior did not match), but it really depends on your taste ;) The breakfast was served, we could have chosen from the breakfast menu - different every day.

There are only two very minor things, that would make it perfect. Breakfast lacks vegetables (e.g: paprika, carrots, tomatoes or cucumber,...) and the room could have a better hair dryer (it's very hot, but barely blowing, like most hotel hair dryers).

The cozy beds in the silent room with modern furniture and the great ambience in the restaurant/bar with the brick arches make it a great hotel. The personnel is very friendly and welcoming. The free wine at checkout was a very friendly gesture. We enjoyed our stay here and will come again, when visiting Znaim.

We had a very large room with a small kitchen, which was a nice surprise for us. The hotel seems to be very new, the furniture is new, the bathroom is clean, the bed was very comfortable. At breakfast you can choose between different meals. We enjoyed our stay there very much. At the end we also got a bottle of wine from the hotel, which was another nice surprise for us.
