There were two major issues I did not like about this hotel: - The bathroom and show area is separated from the living eare by a glass wall. Normally this would be a nice design feature. The problem was that it is impossible to switch off the ventilator at the toilet (the staff confirmed it is on all time and cannot be switched off). It was quite noisy and the glass wall did little to mute it down. - Hotel does not offer tru free internet. You have to provide you complete personal data to Hotel Link company, then you can use internet. This really reminds me of bad memories back from 2000s' 2010s', when some hotels were not taking care of the personal data of their clients. I went briefly through the data processing agreement and was not enthusiastic from that, decided not to use the internet in the end. Next time will have to choose hotel with either free internet or paid by money. Smaller issues: Only bar-style table and seat provided. If you have any back issues, this is completely useless for you, so no place where to use your computer.

This place has a great potential and easily could have got mark "10" from me. However, a two problems were rather a deal breaker, so the final verdict is "8". What I liked< Very comfortable bed, even comparing to similarly-priced places. Nice, modern and functional design of the room. Both bath and shower present. Establishment offers both spa and free afternoon snack and wine. I did not have time to use ony of that, but sounds nice. Friendly personnel trying to be helpful.

No movie channels in English , just sport, news and cartoons. Could have done with netflix or movie channels

Room was a very very nice size , clean and bed was lovely. Staff were pleasant and Dragana at reception and Nikita our barman were just exceptional. The location is amazing. lovely 🥰 hotel will stay there again at the drop of my hat !!!!

Slow elevator

A luxury boutique hotel 1 block off the main street in city area. Very nice accommodations, very pleasant staff, delicious restaurant offerings. They went out of their way to find some concert tickets we were looking for.

Restaurant menu is quite simple, especially for this kind of hotel. Furthermore more, a bit of karakter was missing.

As I pointed out the room size was a little smaller than my expectations based on my first stay. I my have book the wrong grade of room.

The bar was very quiet so we did not have a drink there as no atmosphere - lovely bar but just did not seem to be well used when we were there.

Beautifully appointed and big room and bathroom with comfy bed. Very quiet whilst only minutes from the busy centre. Lovely free walking tour on the Saturday morning. Very helpful staff.

Location is perfect, and is on a very quiet street, but is still very central. Room was lovely and we got a free room upgrade. Bathrooms are amazing and the staff are very helpful. We have stayed 3 times now and will be staying for a 4th soon.

We had a room for three - the third bed was a pull out couch - this was really not comfortable

Great spot - easy walk to all the sites in the old town and great access to public transport. The lobby bar was relaxing and great place to have a drink before heading out. Good breakfast room with good food choices! Room was comfortable - high ceilings great bathroom - well appointed!

The only small oddity for us (and this may not bother everybody) was that the bathroom in the room was see through glass albeit tinted. It didn’t leave much to the imagination!

The staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the food in the restaurant including breakfast, evening meal and room service was really good. Great location too. And even a welcome drink on arrival.

The hotel was modern, clean, and always a few minutes walking distance away from everywhere we have been to in Prague. It was in a quiet alley in the middle of downtown which made it a quiet stay. Service is always fast and the staff made it very hospitable while we stayed.

Breakfast was reasonable. Not many hot options if staying longer. Excellent food quality, again options limited.

Small luxury hotel with excellent location, almost all sights of Prague Old town within walkable distance. Stayed in a superior room. Room was spacious and with all facilities as advertised. Highlight was the free walking tour on Wednesday & Saturday. As we were there on a Wednesday took the tour was excellent to give an overview of the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent stay. Would recommend to go as a family or couple.
