Impeccable service at this hotel!!! This was probably the best experience I've ever had and I travel A LOT. The staff is what makes this hotel stand out. Everyone was super friendly and helping making me feel welcomed and like I was part of a family in the 5 days that I stayed there! I was treated like royalty!! I didn't get everyone's names but everyone from reception desk to the kitchen was awesome. Thank you for making me feel so special and welcomed! Thank you, Sasha, for making me the kasha! 😉 I didn't get a chance to say bye to you! I loved my stay at this hotel due to the genuine and kind people like you and I hope to see you all again soon!!! 🙂

Private parking far away and costs 15 euro We booked a double with king size bed with balcony and received a single. The second night, after we asked for the double with balcony they moved us Poor breakfast

We could not have a good shower because the water was either scalding hot or cold.

Nice and big room, comfortable beds, good lighting, enough storage spaces both in the room and bathroom, very clean. Excellent breakfast, with many options. Very attentive and nice staff, in general.

Parking located 500 m away from the hotel , but it is a minor disadvantage as staff take care and put cars to a parking lot The hotel is after complete renovation, sauna, fitness have been not available yet. Shall be available soon.

Very stylish modern hotel. Moderate but tasty breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. They even park your car for you.

1) They do not park your car for you anymore, and you have to go up a steep hill about 15-20mins. 2) The breakfast is really poor. There were 2 slices of ham, 5 slices of salami, a bunch of awful sausages and almost no bread.

The hotel is stylish and is located conveniently in the city center. The staff is friendly.

Shower doesn't keep the temp, it's switching from warm to cold to warm etc. Check in took ages... We were a group of three and we needed to wait approx a 3/4 hour.

That was 3 star hotel even was new building. Staff weren’t speaking English at the reception. That is unacceptable!!!

The hotel has a good rating in Booking, just because it is and has few reviews. First of all it's described as "central" while it's up on a hill and to get to it you either have to climb about sixty steps with your baggages or go the other way and take an elevator (if it's working) or you're going up walking a steep hill. THIS is not written by Booking anywhere in the description. Also, the rooms have not been well ventilated before the operation of the hotel, resulting in a sneeze-inducing smell. The beds and the pillows are not comfortable. And there is noise from the road in front by early morning. In the small common areas outside the room, there is music - the same singer who sings loud, annoying thing at noon if you want to sleep. The hotel management is quite "sweetie" and tries to cover up the hotel's shortcomings with excuses but it's not enough. It has so many nice hotels, that at the price of 120-160 euros per night they are asking, you will find much better.

Decoration, breakfast, cleanliness. They are generally trying, but they still have a way to go. Mostly it needs honesty to the customer.
