Concerning apartment facilities the list appearing does not correspond to reality. There were no Iron, Ironing facilities, Tumble dryer, or Washing machine in the apartment, No toiletries in the bathroom.

The proximity of the location to the city center. LIDL is located nearby the apartment, and there is parking available (with an additional charge).

There was only a couple of minor things. We love to have toast with a cup of tea for breakfast and unfortunately no toaster. Also a kitchen sink plug would be handy for washing up so as not to waste water.

Great location within walking distance to main attractions. Well finished apartment. Host was fabulous giving us plenty of advice on eating places and sights to see. Muchly appreciated.

We are very pleased with our stay in the apartments. We had 2 apartments, together for 6 people. Very clean apartments, located near the old town. Contact with the owner was very efficient and the owner himself was very nice. If we ever visit this city again, we will probably stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

As everywhere, a couple of minor things that did not worth attention.

Amazing responsive host. Very comfy apartment in a good location for a reasonable price. 15 min walk to the main attraction points. A grocery store is 50 meters from the building. Parking in a garage is 50 meters from the building for a reasonable extra cost. We really liked the apartment and the host. Everything was great.

I really liked the communication with the owner. He made it so easy for us to get to the property and was always on phone when needed. He went above and beyond to keep us satisfied. The place was clean and in a great location to get to the city centre. There is also a supermarket close by and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need, so this place is also great for people wanting to stay on a budget.

Everything was fine.

Apartment is very near to centrum. Its very clean and comfortable with two bedrooms and a small but enough kitchen. You can contact easily with owner for the keys and parking place. Good for families.

Perfectly clean, modern and surprisingly quiet at night. Close to everything - few minutes walk to most major spots. Excellent guidance by the host - we really felt taken good care of. Excellent value for money!

We liked our stay in the apartment. It was very clean, cozy and quiet. The parking was convenient and inexpensive. The center with all the tourist attractions, hot springs and restaurants is a walking distance from the place. A supermarket is right on the corner. And the owner is just a super host, he helped us in not a trivial situation, was always supportive, kind and positive. We hope to get back!

Absolutely loved this apartment. Clean, spacious and absolutely everything you need in the property, from the TV’s to the equipped kitchen area. The owner was very hospitable and always available on the phone to ensure you get into the property and advise you where to park. A short walk to all that Karlovy Vary has to offer. The kitchen is super small - can be challenging for a family stay for longer period. The sewer was blocked or didn't work properly in the bathroom. Apartment didn't have enough closets with shelves, it had wardrobes to hang clothes but no shelves.

We liked the location. It is close to the center and at the same time quiet. Grocery store is few steps away. Apartment had kitchen and comfortable beds. The communication with the owner was good. They helped us to get parking and provided helpful inspections.

No shelf in the shower for shower gel and other stuff. Kitchen is very small and no basic things provided (such as salt or sugar or tea, coffee…). The wardrobes are beautiful old works but not suitable for storage of clothes.

Located very close to the city center, convenient parking close to the apartment. Everything can be reached by walking distance. The rooms and the bathroom are big enough, the beds are comfortable.

The bed was broken, the owner knew but did nothing. When my son sat on the bed and fell (twice), then the owner"fixed it' (he put a piece of wood) but our feet were higher that our heads while sleeping. The apartment is actually a one bedroom apartment transformed into a two bedroom apartment by having two double beds with no sitting area. The second bedroom is so small, that has just the bed and an old wardrobe. There was no place to leave our books, glasses and our smartphones. In one of the bedrooms, the curtains cannot keep the mornigh light out...so we were waking up early in the morning. The kitchen area is for decoration only. It's really difficult to prepare a meal, unless is for the microwave. the fridge is really small with no freezer. There is no toaster, no kitchen paper. The bathroom is full with mirrors but there is nothing to leave your shampoo except from the floor while having a douche. All the doors( including the bathroom) are transparent, so there is no privacy. The walls right outside the apartment have cracks... Our apartment was on the first floor, so there were quite a lot of stairs to climb.
