The bed accessed from ladder was only approx 4ft 6inch wide, and on ground with sloping roof above, adequate for us and option of very comfortable bed settee in lounge was freely offered.

Kitchen, bathroom and living area are excellent, bedroom accessed by interesting ladder, you have to be lithe and confident, particularly for descending! The host was most accommodating, and offered to make up the very comfortable sofa bed in living room if we were unsure of ladder access.

We enjoyed our stay and Beata is an excellent host. She is very helpful and always responded to our queries promptly. The location suited us. It was easy to travel to different parts of Brno from there as tram stops are nearby. The apartment had everything we needed and we stayed there a week.

We felt at home, with Bea always present very kind for any need we had. The apartment was very comfortable, cozy, quiet with a wonderful balcony with a very nice and relaxing view of a woody hill and neighborhood gardens. Bea is better than a five stars hotel concierge, providing the best and most useful information on any matter we needed for. The center is easy to reach by tram which stops 200 meters from the house. We will come again for sure.

Despite helpful host, the wifi was ok but not always stable and sometimes slower than expected (for office work), for personal use it was fine

Accomodation is pretty and clean, host is awesome, she went out of her way to be helpful but at the same time we had full privacy. In reality all the apartment was super prepared for our stay so we didnt need much.

Having read the reviews on Čajkovskij Apartments, we decided to stay at this apartment (with terrace) for our 5 days in Brno (July 2022). However, what we experienced was far beyond our expectations. Firstly, the kindest, friendliest, and most generous hosts we've ever encountered. That is unlike anything we've ever experienced before. Beata, who speaks fluent English, was available immediately for any questions and requests, responding benevolently to all needs. We received not only everything we needed for our stay but also great suggestions for travel in and outside Brno (they know everything about the area and beyond!). The apartment is located on a lovely, dreamy street along the outline of Brno, but still very close to everything we needed: * The old city of Brno (either by car or by public transport). * shopping centers: one very close and only 15 minutes by car from Olympia, the largest shopping center. * A small grocery store around the corner and a Billa supermarket seven minutes' walk away. * A coffee shop and pizza place around the corner and a steak bar (Escobar) within a few minutes' walk * The Brno reservoir and dam (only 7 minutes away by car). Apartment: Spotless, fully equipped, designed, and illuminated, with an outdoor playground for kids, a big pool (we couldn't use it due to cold weather), and barbecue facilities. just AMAZING! We stay for 2 weeks and everything was perfect...we feel like we were at home. The host provided us with some useful stuff (like sanitary and kitchen adds, free coffee capsules, tea bags,...). She also speaks English very fluently. Our flat was in one floor and it was very peaceful. We parked our car in the same street (for small amount of money - 2€/day during week).

Very well equipped apartment. Clean, big but cosy, with a nice atmophere. Quiet place, great sleeping conditions. Air con. Very nice bathroom, strong water stream - you know what I mean, sometimes the water do not pour :). The owner positive, energetic, super polite and well behaved. A Super place to be ✅
