Apartment was 3flights up and no lift. Ok if you are fit but not suitable for elderly, infirm or carrying a baby

Location is excellent. Close to subway and trams and also a pleasant walk into the old town.

Friendly and helpful staff. The company runs 10 apartments in a house in the backyard, so there's no disturbing traffic noise. Located close to subway and tram stations. No elevator. Bed mattrasses maybe a little too hard - but that's just personal taste. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to be back soon!

The bed is a little flat so it was a bit uncomfortable but for a couple days it is bearable

The apartment was next to the metro, tram and bus station so it was really well connected. The manager Wenceslav was really friendly and helped us with our questions about Prague what to visit, etc and worried about how our stay was being.

There was not enough toilet paper. Unfortunately you can’t check in after 6 pm and you even have to pay a fee when you’re arriving later. Maybe they can offer a self check.

The place is really close to the metro and we could reach the city centre within 10 min. The kitchen had all the utensils you need. It’s close to a few super markets (Billa and Lidl) and coffee shops. The place Was clean well decorated.

Noisy at night. Drunk teens staying beside us, reception refused to answer at night (I didn't want to call the police so I called the reception to come talk to them and not much was solved..). The reception refused also to answer the calls in the morning of a family that had a plane to catch and wanted to check-out. Also there are 2 programs on the door one starts at 8am, one at 10am. Apparently the 10am is correct (I did insist along the other family to call at 9.30 to check out). After 6 o'clock pm, there is an extra fee to pay to check in. I've been to many hotels in europe, both cheap and expensive, never heard of this before. People should know of these things before. There were other things to say, but may be minor to most people. I would say it's decent at least.

Location was amazing, really close to metro station, Lidl and Billa, tram stations and quick to get to the city center. The place was cozy, regarding comfort. I would have given a bit lower score, but, I had the chance to talk to the technician who was more kind and understanding and nice to talk to than the receptionist. The guy also came late in the evening to fix the heater which wasn't working well. For him, I will not give a score lower than 7.

Very friendly staff! Came by car and the owner let us park inside the courtyard to avoid parking fees. Great value for money

It was really hard to survive during heat waves. Air flow was not existing, there was no AC. There were some minor damages in our apartment on the walls and ceiling.

Great location just right next to metro station. Restaurants and market are located across the street. Clean rooms. Quiet neighborhood.

There was practically no kitchen, we had to wash our dishes in the toilet, which was not an easy stunt. The bedroom was extremely big compared to the "kitchen" and the shower, the space could have been used up in a better way.

We liked that the apartment was equiped with kitchen utensils, the beds were big and comfortable, and the shower was clean (and the showerhead wasn't fixed). The location was pretty good too, Lidl and the tram line were very close, and the ice cream shop on the other side of the road was a sweet bonus.

the toilet seat was not stable and was pulling out and also there was sometimes a smell in the bathroom from the waste water pipes probably, but after all, we were the most of the time in the city, so we just slept here and took a shower :D

The shower - insufficient water pressure to operate the rain shower hot.

Very quiet and secure and in a good neighborhood with great access to public transport. The accommodation itself was perfectly adequate and as expected. Good value for money. I would stay here again.

The only issues were the light outside the apartment wasn't working, so you had to use the stairs in darkness, plus the freezer needs defrosting.

The shower cabin was leaking. After you took an absolutely regularly long shower, 5 mins, you left the shower cabin and the floor was flooded. It could be fixed

The location is really nice - close to metro, shop is near and also not that far from the centre to walk on foot, what we did all the time. I definitely would like to mention the receptionist - Belly, she's so friendly and just a perfect worker!!
