Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Arab EmiratesOur room didn’t have a fridge. The AC unit in our room kept turning itself off, like it was on a timer, but we couldn’t find the setting to change it. We were considering booking a massage as these were good prices, but we arrived too late and it wasn’t open yet at check-out time.
Friendly staff. They had a dedicated bike room, locked, covered and even airconditioned! Breakfast was very nice with good quality ingredients I.e. stewed fruits and dried fruit for cereal, several different types of sausage, eggs cooked two ways, fresh breads and pastries.

SloveniaZero vegan options for breakfast, even though I read in q&a that they offer vegan option. I wrote to them in advence to which they assured me that it’a a buffet breakfast and they are sure I will find options to my liking. I had bread, bell peppers and black coffee, not my ideal hotel breakfast. The casino in the back street wich our room was facing was quite loud with people fighting in front of it at 3 am. It was friday night, so this might not be an issue on other nights.
Good hotel in a nice area. Bed was big and really comfortable and the room was clean.

Czech RepublicWe weren’t informed properly about the cost of hiring a bike. no one told us about it. Me and my wife wanted to borrow the bike for few hours only. The staff didn’t tell us that it’s for whole day only and cost wasn’t mentioned either. If we know the cost we’d have never borrowed the bike and instead could’ve spent that money on a nice dinner or more treatments on the Wellness. This was unnecessary disappointment to otherwise a very nice stay.
The food was exceptional! Sauna world was really nice too! Plenty of sauna’s to choose from.

Nice hotel close to highway and wine destinations. Nice staff, a lot of facilities, good breakfast and nice restaurant with good choice of wines.
