Hotel walls are thin. The radiator in the end room could not be turned warmer, so that room was colder than the others. The mini fridge is very loud when it is on.

Hotel located in a small town. Free parking in front of the hotel to freely park a minivan free of charge. Girl at the registration desk was friendly and answered all our questions. Check-in was very quick and smooth. We also got a small welcome drink - beer, sparkling wine or tea/coffee. Rooms are big. Included towels, soap, mini fridge, blackout curtains. Beds are very comfortable. Free wi-fi. Breakfast was simple but good and tasty. We were in January therefore surrounding of the hotel was very calm and quite.

Bed was comfortable but in my opinion its time to change for new bed sheets/douvet, felt a bit worned out already

Some beds a bit worn out on matraces, yet for 1 night sleep might be ok.

Location is not far from highway, so if you are on a skitrip - good choice. The rooms were nice and clean, all amenities working, staff was super friendly - even called us before arrival. Restaurant is excellent and very good value for money. Can get busy on Friday evenings thou - so better do a reservation like staff suggested. Nice location - if you have time, old city is just behind hotel with some nice views.

Rooms are more like at home instead of modern hotel. I think it depends what kind of room you will get. We had to rooms next to each other and they were different because of small details - one was wooden floor and another was with carpet and had nice sofa. And it feels different straight away. I prefer shower cabins instead of bath tubes so this was another thing. But as I said, it's jus minor things when you're staying for one night.

Hotel staff were great. Communication until arrival was excellent. They took care of restaurant reservation because we had late check in. Everything was very clean. We were traveling to Montenegro so it was one night stop. Room had toiletries, ear plugs, tea, coffee. Rooms were very spacious.

Great, professional staff. We felt really taken care about, even before we arrived. The location is also awesome and even though we just spent here one night on the road to Austria I would recommend checking Hranice.

The only thing I dont like is a fee for dogs which is half the room price for 2 dogs. Most Italian hotels dont charge anything for dogs and I think this kind of policy would improve the hotel. All other things are excelent

All is great. The room. The facilities. Fantastic staff. They reserved us a dinner though we arrived late. Exceptional restaurant and breakfast. Highly recommended hotel.

Two factors could be improved. First, the rooms have always been quite warm in my experience. Also, the windows are quite old fashioned. Besides air conditioning, what could easily improve the comfort are: a. window blocks to allow one to open the old fashioned windows and keep them safely open, without them closing on their own or fear of breakage. b. a quality fan in the room. Second, the food in the restaurant took a very long time to arrive, and then the order was wrong. The hotel really touts how high quality the restaurant is, (and the prices are indeed high for small portions). The food was good, (the beer excellent), but I expected faster service and my proper order to arrive. That should really be addressed quickly.

I've always enjoyed this hotel, and they improve every time I'm there. The staff is super friendly and professional. They are fast, and provide a good knowledge of the area. All the public areas are clean and very nice looking. The rooms are extremely clean, a good size, and beautifully furnished for the most part. Bathrooms are extremely modern, clean and well equipped. Two restaurants are available, one in the hotel and one just behind (accessible from the hotel itself), have excellent food and are very friendly. Hours are great, allowing one to have both breakfast and a late evening dinner or snack. Beer is absolutely top notch. Location is fabulous. Right behind the center of town, and just a 5 minute walk to the main event area (summer theater). A bit far from the main train station, (central station is just a few minutes walk), but staff will arrange a taxi if requested. Price a little high, but you get a great value all in all for the region.

Fun fact: I asked for the room with a view on the parking. Got the room from the parking side.... on the last floor with a roof window. So couldn't see the parking and my car. Just me being lucky I guess. And again, please upgrade or change the elevator. It is not 1980s anymore.

A nice place to stop for one night, close to highway. Building itself in a good condition although elevator the could be upgraded. The room was clean, beds comfy, the floor was quiet. All I needed to rest before the trip next day.

Although room was very spacious and with nice climate, it would require refurbishment. When we came for breakfast around 8.30 a lot of dishes were already gone and we had to wait quite a time for refill.

Nice hotel in great location - just a step away from square, and a few minutes walk from the castle. Spacious, clean room. Comfortable parking. Breakfast of good choice. Very friendly staff at reception, as well as at the restaurant.

Nothing to mention, unfortunately the local restaurant is closed Mondays, but Archa was still open as alternative solution.

Location perfect, room size extremely much more bigger than expected (i have never had that large room before), breakfast was fine, free parking in front of the building, direct access to main square and Archa reastaurant.
