We would like to have a little bit better choice for a dinner.

Very beautiful location, closely to Karlovy Vary, good possibility for travelers by a car. There are 4 hotels on big territory near golf club. The hotel is stylish and comfortable. Rooms are very clean, warm and plenty of light, equipped with capsule coffee machine and refrigerator. A bottle of mineral water is bonus. Spa is very clean, without chloride smell. It starts from 8 am, saunas starts from 4 pm up to 9 pm. There is complex of saunas and whirlpool, which are together with swimming pool have a panoramic mountain view. It's really great. The gym is also available from 8 am. A breakfast is various (cold and hot) and good choice of cheese :-) with opportunity to eat on the open terrace. The hotel is surrounded by golf fields, hills and wood. I can recommend for solo or couples, who really like comfort, silence and nature

A shower in the bathtub is a waterdisaster. Please make a screen on the rim to prevent wet floors. Restaurant: A bit expensive compared to local restaurants that serve about the same meals.

Nice spa! 3 saunas and a spacious pool. Breakfast was fine, the garden looked good. The restaurant is nice with goor food.

Amazing place with beautiful nature and quiteness around. new and very good wellness facilities. big rooms. friendly chateau director...restaurant open all day with good food and drinks. will definitely recommend

The only downside is that the location is not super easily reachable if you are not going by car. There's a train that runs from Karlovy Vary to Cihelny (and the other way around), but it only runs every two hours, so one needs to plan.

Spacious and comfortable room, super friendly staff, good spa facilities, nice menu options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, great place and location if you are into hiking or cycling in nature.

Very beautiful interior and chance to sleep in a castle. Everything is sparkling clean. Pretty nice spa zone with hammam, finish sauna and salt sauna. Very beautiful nature around the place.

We were expecting much more from this hotel, and unfortunately, the expectation was not fulfilled. The room was renovated, but utterly different from what you could expect from the hotel style. 3rd floor...no elevator. The bathroom was big, but no shower... just a super dangerous bathtub. Almost impossible to take a standing shower. The bathtub was super narrow and with a rounded bottom... again, extremely danger. The service was poor and the receptionist inexperient. The wifi connection was almost zero! The password wasn't available anywhere in a clear and reachable way. The breakfast was ok. Not bad... but also not super. The tables were always full and the small restaurant was always crowded. A huge minus especially in the after Covid era. The pool complex was ok... but the water was not warm enough for a relaxing bath at the end of the day... kind of cold. The hot tub was always full with the same group of people... I think they were the "owners" of the hot tub! I tried to use it 4 different times and they were always there! Far away from the city center of Karlov Vary. I would be much better serviced in a hotel in the city center. As I said, the hotel is not bad at all... but my expectations were completely different for a hotel like that.
