Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaHaving never been to Olomouc, I had the misfortune of trusting having read that the hotel was close to the centre of the city without verifying online before we booked. We just parked the car & walked what turned into several kilometers through some dicey looking areas. No issues, but it's not a great area in what's not a great-looking city.
Excellent breakfast, clean building. The room was tidy and well-appointed. Good beds.

Czech RepublicThe staff (in the restaurant and coffee bartenders) weren’t professional and not even polite (some of them). They have no at least a basic knowledge how to serve food and drinks (at least those, who served us during our stay). We ordered two espresso macchiato. We got two espresso mugs full to the brim with a coffee and a milk. It was so full and spilling around and looked terrible. We politely complained that it’s not what we order and that we expect a bit different service for that money. We even said „Sorry, we don’t want to bother you or make any stress, we just want to get what we ordered“, the bartender impolitely said „Yes, but you are bothering me!“ Excuse me, but what is that?!?! Another story is with the disappointing breakfast - a lots of fried fatty sausages and bacon, hard pastries, cheap sugar Müsli. Almost no vegetable or fruits, no good ham or cheese. The only tasty thing was a white yogurt. It was extremely disappointing and not tasty at all. With our dinner it was a similar story. A pumpkin soup that tasted like a colored yellow water warmed up in a microwave. The turkey meat was pretty good, but the rice and sauce with mushroom was a disaster again. It felt like back to the 90s in same really bad cheap restaurant. It’s worth it to go and eat somewhere else at least for a dinner. And also maybe a better idea to get a breakfast in a supermarket located directly next to the hotel than to eat there. If this would happen in a two star hotel I wouldn’t say anything. But in case of a four star hotel is pretty much under the standard.
The hotel room (apartment) was nice, spacious and clean. Good location close to the train, bus and tram station. The Parking garage was full but there are plenty of opportunities to park on the street around for free. The congress center is also pretty nice.

GermanyRoom service runs slow, I expected the room would be cleaned before noon but cleaning starts in the afternoon. If you do sightseeing and come back in late afternoon, it will suit you.
This hotel is super close to the train station and was perfect for my work visit.

PolandBreakfast could have been more tasty. All was fresh and choice of dishes was plentiful and it's not like it tasted bad, it just weren't adequate. Same goes for the coffee - i can only state that there was coffee :) so this is something to work on !
All was good. Super friendly and helpful staff. We were travelling with a cat and there was absolutely no problem, they even left a bowl for our little buddy. The room's standard was adequate to the price. There was underground garage available (i think it was free of charge or maybe 10 euro per night something like that)
