Historical hotel in the center of Pilsen, you can feel the unique genius loci! Very nice staff, comfortable spacious room with antique furniture and newly refurbished bathroom with a large bathtub. Delicious breakfast. Great value for money. We will be more than happy to come back!

Due to the fact that it‘s an old building, the floor in the room was a bit uneven (I personally had no problem with that, but that might scare anxious people a bit.); the breakfast buffet was okay, but I would have appreciated it if there had been a wider bread variety; didn‘t know there was a music bar on the ground floor with live music on Saturdays til late in the night, so it was difficult to actually sleep early

it was ok value for money. Unfortunately, I was late for breakfast and the staff let me eat it but in a very unpleasant atmosphere. I didn't feel welcome. Also at the night, the whole corridor smelled a lot like cigarettes and a bit of the smell was also present in the room. Other then that it was ok.

Upon entering the building the first impression you get is: red carpet that is worn out and needs replacement. The second impression is a younger woman at the reception, who is constantly playing with her hair, while talking to you. Pech she is just nervous and needs more training. The third is that the staff would per benefit from some form of training on how to put up a friendly face. That might help guests feeling more welcome.

The hotel is located in a historical building right in the entre of the town. The room is spacious and has double doors to the corridor, which contributes to the place being very quiet. The water from the shower is very powerfull. The options available at breakfast are fine.

Old-style hotel just some steps from the old square of Plzen. Definitely a nice staying and fair price. Building is a bit old and so the interiors -- anyway it is not decadent. Rooms are good, of course it overlooks the street so take into account some people walking. No annoying noises though. Breakfast was great with lots of food -- continental style. Perfect accomodation for the center.

No air conditioning. Floors and rooms a little old fashioned, yet in good shape.

It has the Look and feeling of an old grand hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony. The bathroom was brand new renovated, with a very nice and comfortable shower. All in all the hotel was in good shape, though a little old fashioned. Good breakfast. Discount for the associated restaurants.

It's a pity that there is no AC in the hotel because it was too warm for us and due to the tram, it was loud when we opened the windows.

Parking was really easy and comfortable next to the hotel. The breakfast was really good, we had a lot of different options and the breakfast room was nice. The bed was comfortable and the location of the hotel was top. The personnel was really friendly.
