Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The room is spacious and nicely furnished. There is a fitness for free for all of the guests. The beds were very comfortable and there are machines for filtering water on each floor. I didn't only like the room, but also the foyer at the reception - beautifully and luxuriously furnished!

United KingdomThe area around the hotel is still a bit of a construction site; walking into Central Brno (~15 mins) is OK but you have to take care crossing the main road junction.
I have stayed at this quite new and modern hotel a few times and it is a good "mid-range" option. Breakfast covers most tastes and is a good standard. Rooms are a good size and clean.

What's not to like, everything was smazing, The room was perfect with fantastic views. When you get off the lift, you are greeted with huge windiws with different aspects of Brno. I recommend an early start for breakfast as the selection is always fresh and immense. The staff professional, approachable and smiling. Decor a modern take on the 1950's vibe I got. I will not hesitate to go back, and £100 with breakfast included for 2 was what you can expect to pay for airB&B PS no bottled water in rooms as every hall has a chilled filter water dispenser
