One day room hasn't been cleaned although we were out for 5 hours.

Nice location, very friendly staff. Large room, furniture might be a bit old but absolutely not shabby.

Dedicated parking would be nice, but that's a problem of the entire city.

Great facilities, right in the center, great SPA area, breakfast was amazing, nothing to complain about. The room interiors are not the newest, that`s the only thing that is keeping me from giving a 10.

The bathroom was really small - it was not possible to stand by the mirror and open the door at the same time as it would squeeze you. The spa has limited entrance for kids betwee 19:00 and 21:00, which is only written on the spa door but we were not informed at the reception of the fact. During the breakfast, I would appreciate more selection of sweets and fruit.

The bed was comfy and the room sufficiently spacious. We really enjoyed the spa area which comes in the price of the hotel stay - the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The location was ideal to reach the tourist center. The café downstairs serves excellent cakes :)

No one warned me before, that if I arrived during the evening, they would not let me park in the garage even though they declared 24/7 reception and I booked a parking lot. Thus I had to move all my stuff from the parking area nearby using a small baggage cart at 00.00 am. It took me 3 rides and an hour (I had lots of stuff that wasn't able to stay in the car while it was freezing outside. That is the reason why I booked a parking lot in the garage). It was a very unpleasant experience for me.

Good value for money, sports activities & wellness are included in the price. Breakfast had freshly made pancakes and tasty coffee from baristas. A big plus were comfy beds and high-quality brand toiletries. :)

The property was well looked after despite the age of the construction. The best was the staff in the restaurant on the shifts of the shorter chief Pepe ( I think:) , waiters and receptionist were very kind and attending. Our stay was very pleasant. We will come again this year:)

The spa was horrible. The hot stone massage was overpriced and of a very poor quality , the stones were barely warm. The masseur was sick and constantly coughed and sniffed. He wouldn't leave the room when I was taking my clothes off and on. I recommend against using this so-called spa center. Never again!!!

A good breakfast and whirlpool, pleasant and friendly staff. A good room with a nice view. Unfortunately a lot of guests are walking out of sauna to the whirlpool naked, especially men. Personally I do not think that it is acceptable considering that only sauna is announced to be for naked guests and a whirlpool is supposed to be a safe place for international tourists and kids

We specifically chose an air conditioned room but the air conditioning was poor. Service was poor… I had to chase like crazy to purchase beer every night. The lady in the spa screamed at me in Czech, not knowing English or German.

Good location… Food was better than expected. Rooms were clean.

Overall very nice 4 star hotel. Room was clean and has everything you need. Breakfast was really good, they even offer coffee made by barista. I also liked the cafe on the first flor, they made good cocktails. The staff was always friendly. Only one thing was disappointing is that week outside was +33 and in the room was a little bit hot, climatization worked, but I guess it didn't prepared for such temperature.

The reason we booked here in the first place was the Air conditioning but sadly like others have mentioned in their reviews its hardly functional we did turn it on and leave it turned on to cool down the room but we always came to be welcomed by a hot room sadly and when trying to adjust the setting on the AC regulator it sometimes sparked up which just lead to us leaving it turned off i did want to ask in the reception if this was normal or if we are setting up wrong but after reading the reviews and seeing everyone else had the same problem most the time i gave up on asking. luckily during the evening hours it got cooler so we just left the window wide open during the night.

The area where the hotel is located is great. if you can catch a spot on the street and buy a whole day ticket parking for 120kc is fine and a better resort then parking inside the hotel which is a bit expensive. The staff very welcoming explained everything and always there to help. The breakfast buffet in the morning really hits the spot so much to choose from and variety was great.

We had breakfast and staff took our plates, forks and knives as soon as they saw empty plate, so if you wanted to take something else from buffet you could only take plate because forks and knives were nowhere to be found.

Dining room staff was a bit grouchy.

Great location with easy parking under hotel. Nightlife nearby (DJ and dancing) along with quiet time in the sauna/jacuzzi in the wellness area. Dinner and breakfast were very diverse. Great deal!

The room’s window was very small, the hotel declared as one of its facilities the air conditioner, but all the time that we lived in the hotel (one week) - air conditioner did’t work at all, for us it was very important. The hotel’s style seems be outdated. The breakfast may be more tasty.

The spa part is pretty small so can get crowded and the swimming pool is really tiny.
