TV in room, but only because we are used to one at home. Not really an issue. There's nothing bad to say.

Very clean hotel. Excellent breakfast, even with cooked option of bacon and scrambled egg. 10% Discount in their restaurant next door. Friendly. Great location. Very comfortable. Right in the heart of the city. Want to come here again.

Beds just a little bit hard for us. Bathroom had a bathtub with a shower attachment (no shower enclosure).

Excellent location for a visit to old town Prague. Could not have been better. Restaurant next door was great as well. Would def stay again.

The curtain wasn't long enough to cut the light from outside, I got woke up very early by the sunlight every morning.

The location is unbeatable, just two minutes to the old town square. Though at night we heard some noises from the street, in general it was quiet.

It can be noisy at weekends , not outside but inside from groups of stag party guests so just prepare to bring earplugs at weekends . One day we arrived back to the hotel around 3.30pm and the hotel door was closed with a “back in 5 minutes “ sign . We waited 15 minutes it was not ideal as my elderly father had to take time sensitive medication. I asked the girl (curly brown hair ) upon her return why was the door locked and she quite bluntly and rudely said , I had to eat , there are other entrances . I found that a little strange as surely they could arrange a food delivery for her . And if that’s the case please inform all guests that the door may be locked on lunch hour and to let us know where these other entrances are because I certainly was only aware of one front door entry. Apart from her , the other desk girls were really lovely .

Breakfast was great , the lady was very nice every morning . Good selection . The girls on the desk were lovely .

I like the location of the hotel most but it was as well very clean with an open buffet option every morning. Staff were friendly and quite young. All were speaking good English.

The location is excellent, only 100m or so from the Old Town Square, and with several very good restaurants within easy walking distance. It's superb value for money, and we enjoyed our stay.

Only challenge is If you have heavy luggage there is no way a car can come right to the hotel due to the pedestrian zone. One needs to remember that if travelling with lots of bags. But the location is perfect for city viewing.

The outdoor spaces could benefit from some more furniture.

We absolutely LOVED the restaurant, and the breakfast catered to a decent variety of tastes. The room itself was very comfortable. The beds are firm but again comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of space. Loved the rooftop terrace.

There was no tea making facilities but we asked for a kettle and one was provided straight away at no extra cost or deposit needed
