The cleaners were speaking loud during the siesta time. The breakfast was very, very poor. The people at the reception could be more friendly (they were not rude, but not really welcoming). Where were elegant hotel amenities? I cannot believe that this hotel has a 4-stars-status.

Decent hotel in 3 star range, beds ok, bathroom a bit worn but functional, breakfast was very basic. Location is good, many restaurants on 5-10 min walking distance, 35 min brisk walk to Karls bridge and Prague old town.

Just friendly reminder, if you would like to be real 4 stars, you need to consider about a lot of points in order to the improve the facilities and comfort of Hotel and Hotel in general.

I would like to say that this Hotel has 4 stars, however, maximum 2 starts, unfortunately, for 4 starts this Hotel doesn't have a lot of facilities and comfort for families or couple or friends, and breakfast is quite narrow. If you would like to stay for one or two nights, everything is fine, however, if more days - you need to find another Hotel. Regarding the location and value is more less nice, from Hotel to Center by a public transport for 20 mins including walking.

There are relatively few breakfast tables available on the ground floor and during some time intervals you may need to either wait for one to liberate or ask somebody if they are willing to share it with you. One unpleasant incident occurred during the last day: since my son eats more slowly we thought we would just take 3 small sandwiches and let him eat them afterwards so as not to delay the check-out. When the lady from the kitchen saw that, she started screaming out of the top of her lungs something in her language which we couldn't exactly understand, but it had to do with the fact that we are not allowed to take food with us. While I can understand that it may be sometimes necessary to remind guests of such a rule in case they are abusing it (which I don't believe we were in that particular case), there is for sure a more civilized way of doing it.

The room was clean and the location of the hotel is very good. It is not luxurious, but offers overall good value for money taking everything into consideration. The receptionists were also friendly and helpful.

The hotel is decent, but I can only give it a three-star rating. We were provided with a spacious and comfortable room that had one big bed and a private bathroom. The room is cozy but you can find a lot of minor damages: a piece of a shelf is broken off, a crack on the mirror, and so on It was convenient to have an elevator, especially considering the amount of walking required in Prague. The staff at the reception were attentive and kind, and one of them even spoke Russian. Our stay included breakfast, which consisted of scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, salad, yogurts, two types of tea (except green tea), a coffee in machine, cheese and ham, bread and butter, and cake. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro and tram station. Tickets can be purchased through an application, although we opted to use the ticket machine instead. A single ticket for 30 minutes costs 1.5 euros and is valid for all modes of transportation, including the funicular. For those with a packed itinerary, a 24-hour ticket is available for 6 euros. Additionally, there are a few markets, as well as KFC, pizza places, and other restaurants nearby.

The noise from the hall (other guests speaking loudly in the hall late in the night) was a bit disturbing.

Overall good value for money, it was pitty that the breakfast couldn't be taken before seven, as I had to head out early because of work.

good price, the room has some new furniture, but overall the hotel is old. From the outside the hotel looks very bad, it doesn't look like a 4 star, maximum 2, of course the room itself is not so terrible, it's fine for one night. The breakfasts are delicious. We were refused to check in before 15:00, so expect to be denied earlier. As a conclusion, for not much money you will get a good room for the night
