How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

for the online check in, that was definietly too many emails for me, and I dont like that I have to install yet another app and do all the check-in again just to open the door so I can get my key

Hood smells terrible, if someone cooks in different room.
Clean and quite rooms, decent quality, parking with garage and Wi-Fi available. Booking and check-in smartly automated. Liked the facility location, relatively close to grocery store.

had to buy smaller pillows in IKEA as those one on accommodation were just huge for us, at first a bit complicated way of getting the keys as we had to install a new app "JustIN Mobile" and register into it
we would book again and probably will :) very nice accommodation with well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and nice bathroom, plenty of storage, easy access to city and Moravsky Kras, if you want to use screen sharing on TV bring an HDMI cable (as using WIFI sharing was not working well)

There are no instructions for opening the safe with the keys, the PIN code for the safe that I received on mail was wrong, so I had to wait for around one half hour to finally get the keys of the apartment. They were very nice and offered me free access to the garage, but the remote for opening the garage didn't work. There are no instructions how to open the garage and they didn't sent them by mail. The bed in the room is too high, unpleasant to use if your your height is under 1.8 m. There are, also, no instructions in the apartment of how to use the clothes washing machine and the dishwasher, so I didn't use them. A coffee maker will be very nice and also some paper towels for the kitchenette. The cooking pots are quite small. In the toilet there were only 2 solid soaps, no shampoo or shower gel. And they forgot to refill with toilet paper. But, despite all of this, I would choose again this apartment because the price quality ratio is ok.
Excellent location, near the bus station, large and comfortable room, quiet area, all windows have shutters. I think the building is newly built or recently renovated.

The stay was great! The apartment is clean and very well equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet and it is easy to reach the center from here.

We booked a flat that had some very dodgey, high falls risk stairs to get to the bed. We are a young couple and we had to be very mindful when climbing up and down.
The flat had absolutely everything you need for a comfortable long stay and was very clean.

We were advised daily cleaner would provide fresh towels and toilet rolls but we did find we ran short of toilet roll and had to by our own which was not too bad just a note if you stay have back up toilet roll also towels we did end up washing a few times ourselves due to them not being replaced. As we had 3 women our hair gets everywhere and there is not a vacuum kept on the property which would have been a good idea. The Wi-Fi is provided but just like most places it is not the best it’s ok for phones but not for the fire stick we took for the tv it froze frequently. The terrace is beautiful and large but does not have any seating outdoors which would of been a nice added touch. There is only a little shop a two minute walk away for basics anything more a taxi or bus is required to get to shops or town. Would not allow late check out even though we would of been willing to pay as stated fully booked but the apartment seemed to be available to book on booking.com. So we did end up stuck with all our bags for over 12hours at a shopping centre.
The property has lots of little quirky features smart blinds, underfloor heating, each room has a separate heat controller and aircon, windows and doors open in multiple ways, brilliant lighting, both bath and shower with separate toilet room, spacious fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine lots of storage, big comfy beds, good sized tv, extremely large terrace. Cleaners were polite and always happy to help. Allowed early check in.

Around the bed there were a lot of black hair and body hair which was very disgusting for us. For this reason we can't give maximum feedback.
The apartman is well equiped and very modern. Highly recommended. Very kind host.

The two bedrooms are facing the street and there is noise from the cars, at night also. Don't forget to take earplugs.
