Excellent price/quality ratio. The hotel is not very luxurious however it is very clean and for the amount you pay, you get quite a lot. I am extremely satisfied. Also I forgot my personal clothes in the room, and they were so kind to send it to me by post. Excellent! Hotel's location is also good, you can walk to Paladium Shopping Mall in 7-8 minutes and to main city center in 15 mins..

There was a bottle in the room on the floor, half full. The first room I got had a view of a side wall which felt claustrophobic but they happily changed it. The door code had to be rebooted twice which was a bit of a hassle. The double bed is actually twin beds pushed together..

The location was good, close enough to the center. And quiet. Breakfast got the job done. The staff was helpful.

The chair with arms was not very comfortable after a while.

The room had lots of room to move around. It's near a tram stop and not far from the metro. Staff were all friendly.

The bath/ shower was a fine, but a better shower is needed with the next upgrade.

This is well located but out of the hectic centre. Clean and comfortable with a good breakfast to boot. I enjoyed my stay.

Great experience in a super spacious room. The staff is very attentive and you can enjoy a big buffet breakfast. There is no noice in the room and the hotel is conveniently located close to the bus station. The room was decorated with a palace-like furniture - amazing considering the historic nature of Prague.

I was surprised at how expensive our stay was. It may have been due to heavy demand due to the Ice Hockey World Championships.

We enjoyed our stay in the EA Hotel. Our room was comfortable and the service was great. Breakfast was good. The hotel is well located, within walking distance of most of the city's major attractions, and many good restaurants and bars.

The shower hose and lamps on the night tables were not working, but it was fixed fast after we complained about it.

The shower button on the bath taps is almost impossible to lift. Top tip: us the handle of a teaspoon to lever the button up. Don't ask the hotel to book a taxi to the airport. The taxi company they use overcharges.

Nice room with good sized bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The location was a 15-20 minutes walk in to the centre, but there are trams nearby. There are also 3-4 very good restaurants only yards from the hotel.

But I received two single bed instead of one double bed, even though I asked when I booked the room.

The pillows weren’t comfortable

I like the room, it was big enough with great bathroom and bathtub. It was clean. Good location. 1 minute walk to bus station. 10 min walks to the center. The breakfast was great

Air conditioning did not worked. We had to open the window at night and it was quite noisy. Mentioned it twice to the front desk but no one came. Phone in the room also not working. Had to go to the front desk each time we needed to talk to them. Room service did not add more toilet paper rolls on the second day. Ran out... got more on the 3rd. Also went out of liquid soap in the shower on the last day. Had to use soap from the sink. No iron and ironing board available in the room. All taken when we asked the front desk. We selected that hotel via booking because they had a parking. We were told at check-in that our car was too big. Had to use outside parking nearby.

Very nice and spacious room. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Very clean, nice staff, great location and great breakfast. Just need a few "normally provided" room amenities/services.

The mattress was quite hard and the pillows were like pancakes. They were so uncomfortable to sleep even when rolled up both. PLEASE replace your pillows and possibly a new mattress as the hotel is in desperate need of this!

The hotel was decent enough overall particularly for a short stay. The location is fine although bear in mind it's a 10 minute walk to the centre. The staff were friendly enough and the facilities were clean. I did not have breakfast there so I cannot comment on the food.
