Big kitchen room, but practically useless. The electrical kitchenette didn't worked, so if someone wants to cook something is impossible. We we're told that there was a coffee machine, but there wasn't

The apartman size is enough for a little group (6-8 person). The check in and out was endless simple. The house is near the old town centre (the theatre 10 minutes walk). Beautiful view from the room (3-4th floor - the apartment is double floor). The value for money more than perfect. I recommend it.

There was nothing unpleasant, everything went as it was previously established.

We had everything we needed and it was very easy to do the check-in procedure! I was able to sleep very well, the room was large, spacious, excellent facilities in the kitchen and bathroom (bathtub), the cleanliness was impeccable, including the possibility to wash our personal things. We will gladly return to this apartment, being a very good cost!

More of a disclaimer: The street in front of the apartement is very steep and uneven, might not be suitable for people with mobility impairments. The curtains don't fully cover the windows, so there might be some light from the lantern coming into the room at night

Be prepared for a work out when walking down and up from the hotel. Carrying bags going up from the hotel to the street parking was a full stairmaster workout.

An introvert’s dream! I really valued the contactless check-in and check-out. We received thorough instructions from the hotel upon booking via messages, and it was immensely valuable, in particular having detailed pictures with text explaining where to find the entrance and where to find parking with the address specified. Thank you for the excellent communication!

The communication was excellent and self check-in was easy. Apartment was clean and just as described. Location is great, short walk to the colonnade. It is on a big hill, s be prepared. We were traveling with a dog and the location was perfect for walking and such. Grocery store was close. Great value, would recommend.

The property is on a very steep hill, the street sign says, if I remember correctly, 23.5 degree steepness. Which can be quite dangerous, especially if the path is icy. There are rails provided alongside the houses, but they’re old and can come off. So be careful.

The rooms were clean. It was very spacious, even though it was just me & my girlfriend, so we didn’t really use all the rooms. The property is situated very close to the bus station, so it’s very convenient. We also appreciated the quiet. Outside the bedroom we stayed in there was a street lamp at just the right level. However it wasn’t bad, but actually good. It brought some nice calm light into the bedroom at night and it was also romantic. Overall, we enjoy the trip and we might comeback in the future.

Just as a tip... the old town has difficult access for the elderly from free parking spot. Not sure if you can enter street with car to unload right in front a building. No car access zone.

We were only for one night passing by on the way to ski. Nice town and architecture we liked localization, check-in procedure and over all comfort.

Small bathrooms and the shower always clogged. On street parking is dangerous, and the one indicated by them was always full (we parked behind the supermarket with no problems)

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Karlovy Vary - it is a big spacious apartment which is in a very good location for visiting the town! The host has detailed lots of restaurants, places to visit, helpful phone numbers and taxi companies - which was excellent to have at our disposal!

The street is very steep and unevenly paved – would not recommend using the car there. Better stop at the top of the street for unloading/loading (no need to pay if only that), then park on the main street above (Na Vyhlidce). Dodgy hairdryer and curtains in the living room smaller than the window.

Very large apartment large (living room + 2 double bedrooms + small kitchen + toilet + bathroom) within walking distance (under 10mins) of city centre, on a quiet – if steep – street.
