Mainly, do not be surprised there is second entrance into the building. The wrong one has PIN code manually handled locks accepting 4 digits only. But you receive 5-digit code. Eventually you realize there is another entrance 8m further away from the city center, wit a digital PIN pad accepting your code. Have you realized it is without breakfast and without reception? Read carefully (unlike me). Toilet water reservoir would leak water whole night if I wouldn't fiddle with the plastic cover hiding the hooks. It popped away easily as evidently I was not the first one to realize. So I could sleep, finally. Shower corner could not be fully closed -- either the plastic was partly missing or curtain has rotten and duscarded? Proper chair with a back side pad and at least a bit larger table would be nice to have (in a very narrow two single-bed room). But in the end, although with quite a few surprises just at the spot, is OK.

Luckily the phone support called as agreed at about the timewhen I arrived on the street and was trying to use my 5-digit PIN to open the entrance using an unlabelled 4-digit PIN device (wrong door albeit tagged by correct street housenumber). I was loosing patience. Don't arrive after 10p.m. or read more carefully how to get in.

It was a little bit hard to find the building for us but that is not a big problem. The room number 7's shower need some repair.

The location was just perfect, everything was nearby. The staff was very-very kind and friendly. The forefront had a great selection of extras, like coffee machine, kettle, teebags, cups and mugs. We booked 3 rooms, each one was very clear and comfortable with a big bed wich was lovely to sleep on. We love come back any time.

Room was clean and smelled very nice, it was quiet during the night, so sleep was nice on very comfortable bed. 5 minute walk to tram, which takes us everywhere we need. Coffee/tea and small refrigerator were pleasant bonus.

The walls are probably pretty thin. When our neighbors came back from a party after midnight, we could hear them a little too clearly, also they were not very considerate either.

It was perfect for a one day trip to Brno. The room is clean and spacious. We stayed at room 8, which has a window to a silent backyard. The check in is online and the keys are in a box, which can be opened by a code that you receive by email. So practically you don't meet anyone form the Penzion staff. The communication via email was smooth. Good value for money.

The air refresher might be strong for more sensitive people, I personally liked it.

The room and the bathroom are nicely arranged and furnished. The wardrobe is big enough for a longer stay. There is complementary coffee and tea served in the lobby. While I didn't meet anyone due to the touchless modern self check-in system, I was contacted before and after our stay. I really liked this place.

A fridge may be useful for some and extra shampoo / other small things (e.g. we forgot to bring a toothbrush) would make it really outstanding.
