Parking can be full upon arriving, but staff can handle it. If that is the case you'll be asked to park elsewhere. We offered to leave our car nearby (5mins walking) in another guarded parking yard.

Tram stations 2mins walk from the hotel. Nice spa with booking system making relaxing time more convinient. Helpful and kind staff. Breakfast is amazingly rich.

The facility needs some details improvements such as air conditioning for summer time or some of the art paintings in the room are dispensable, they don't create the resting armory vibe.

The stuff! They where amazing! Always ready to help. Also, the location, even that it is 20min from the center, its so easy to get to the center by the tram and bolt is very cheap. The breakfast is good and you can be ready for the day.

The spa part was a little disappointment because of the crowd and itself the spa was tiny compared the number of visitors and it was an hour what you had to book earlier. So that is not really a spa place.

Breakfast was excellent and really huge sortiment of different kind of food. It is worth the prize a good start for for day. It has cooked like sausage scrumbled egg bacon etc. and cold things like salami and salads and even cakes.

I liked the room, it was bigger than I thought and the bed was very comfy. It had all the comforts and the access to the SPA was pretty nice. In the room, there was also a bottle of wine as a gift. The service was amazing and the staff was super kind.

Everything was perfect.

everything was perfect. the staff at the reception was very kind, helped us with our luggage, with parking, brought us a bottle of wine in the ice shaker to our room (there was already another bottle of wine in the room). Perfect cleaning, impeccable cleaning services. I received vouchers for free drinks at the bar, but also at the cafe of another hotel in the network. I also received a discount voucher for the next reservation, valid for one year. I had free access to the spa and fitness room.

We had a fantastic stay at Colorfactory in Prague and can highly recommend it! We were particularly impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff, especially Nick and Andrew at the reception. Not only did they give us warm welcomes, but they also provided us with first-class recommendations and tips for our stay.
 The accommodation itself was a real bargain considering the outstanding amenities offered. In addition to complimentary parking, the hotel also provided a luxurious spa area and even a bottle of wine in the room – a lovely surprise! The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the amenities contributed to an all-around pleasant stay.

 Moreover, the connection to the city via the tram was excellent. It made exploring Prague incredibly convenient and hassle-free.
 One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent breakfast. As vegetarians, we had plenty of options available to us, and everything was very delicious. I really liked the detox juice and what they did with carrots. So yummy! 
 From the moment of our arrival until our departure, we felt well taken care of and looked after. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff greatly contributed to making us feel at home. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Prague next time.
 Overall, our stay at this hotel was an excellent experience that we can wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. Many thanks to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality – we look forward to coming back!

Everthing was excellent. Got a room as pleased with balcony. Staff although parking lot was full, found a solution to get a squeezed spot for my car. Breakfast was rich, quality food. Staff very kind and helpful. I don`t about how close it is from public transportation.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. The service, the attention to details, the helpfulness of staff (especially at the reception desk) is exceptional. Tram stop is very close, grocery stores as well, and a restaurant if you don't feel like going to the hotel's. The area is quiet, residential, we slept very well. Safe, gated parking behind the hotel. Our room on the 2nd floor had an enormous wet room, with great toiletries.
