There is nothing really bad about this hotel. Which I can easily suggest. It is not really a 4 star hotel. More likely a 3 star hotel. My room, as I mentioned, was rather small (about 60 cm of space to walk around the bed) and basic. View from my windows was not something to write home about. A bleak parking area with a huge barbed wire fence. Breakfast was crowded, as it is normal for Prague. No choice of cooked eggs, small detail. My only complain is the 'spa/wellness'. In my case, it was completely useless. It is open to a maximum o 8 people (if you visit, you will understand the reason...). A spot was available in the last day of my stay. I arrived on time and I found a family with 2 children. The tub is approx 3 meters in diameter so the family was taking all the space available. I returned to my room. In my opinion, the wellness area is for a maximum of 4 people. Which makes it impractical for guests.

Excellent, really excellent staff. Young people, friendly, honest. They do anything they can to make your stay enjoyable. This is by far the highlight of this hotel. Thank you all. Location is ok. 3 minutes walk to Tram. About 3km from walking distance from city center. Maybe a little too much for a casual stroll. Some restaurants nearby at much cheaper prices than Prague center. Standard room is rather basic. In my case, a small table, one single chair. No place for holding your suitcase. Bathroom with basic facilities for example a plastic shower faucet. Minibar available, which I did not use. A complementary bottle of wine, appreciated.

Hotel Colorfactory is an excellent choice for those seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay. Its proximity to stations with excellent connections to the old town is extremely convenient. However, the real surprise is the behavior of the staff, who go out of their way to make guests feel special.

I can't articulate anything negative.

We spent 3 days 2 nights at this hotel, 6 adults and 3 children. Rooms were nice, very clean. The first night we didn't put up the sign that we didn't want cleaning, so the next day they put on clean bedding. The staff is extremely kind, helpful. The first day there was a problem with the toilet tank, but by the time we finished breakfast it had been repaired. Breakfast was plentiful, very varied. The hotel is a little further from the city center, but there is very good tram transport, so everything can be reached quickly and comfortably. On arrival we were greeted with champagne and upon departure we received a discount coupon for the hotel for our next booking.

Parking spots are a bit small but with some help we got the last one when we came back in the late evening.

Staff was super friendly, always very helpful and kind, provided all informations you need (also advice for public transport). Room was spacious and clean. Sadly we didn’t have time to try the breakfast or the wellness area. We also got 2 bottles of water when we left which was so sweet.

Spa - my mother in law booked time in spa, to have a rest. but Unfortunately, this spa is not convinient for her and my daughter. It's mainly for couples..

So, I have to book this hotel for my mother in law and my daughter just only 1 day before arriving, because I've got terrible expirience with "Apartment David O2 Arena Prague"! Please never deal with David and his appartment. But this hotel was great, polite staff, good breakfast. and very good location - just 5 tram stops from center.

The only thing I like nowadays is a bidet in the toilet. Most hotels or countries don't necessarily have them, but I prefer one. That's the only thing I can think of.

The Hotel was easy to access. Staff was friendly and helpful! They added many complimentary items which was a great surprise. Plus it was a smooth check in which made the experience even better. The rooms are substantially large. Everything was great. The biggest surprise for me was the Wellness (Spa) centre which had a large Spa, Sauna with Timer, Cold plunge and showers. Karina, the staff member who was managing the Wellness centre was Super helpful explaining everything in great details. She was very friendly and helpful. She even offered great advice for local destinations of interest which was fantastic. Thanks Karina!

Honestly I did not expect too much but it was great from very beginning. Communication about reservation, friendly and helpful staff at the front desk (greetings to Bohdana), spacious room with place to work, very nice wellness area, huge breakfast buffet, nice people at the bar - great place to stay. Service level like in 4* hotel.

Spa timing was restricted to 1 hour per day after that there were extra charges, this is not mentioned on booking advert. There was a large selection at breakfast however the hot food choices were not that nice, but a good selection of cold meats and cheeses muesli & yoghurts.

Hotel exceptionally clean in all areas. All staff very helpful Reception staff arranged for us to use the spa after we had checked out, as we did not arrive until midnight on check in day Room was very comfortable, beds very good and large sofa bed as well. Free wine in room + bottle of Prosecco given to us at reception. Bottled water offered at reception at no cost.

Jacuzzi in the spa needs to have rails to the pool. It is slippery and guests of all abilities may slip on the wet floor. Hotel managements needs to remind spa etiquette for gusts attending small hotel spa - some of the guests are noisy and they may come as distrespectful to other gusts in the spa at the same time (max capacity being 8 guests in any hour during opening hours)

Friendly staff. Very polite, helpful and wellcoming staff in hotel Spa - Karin was very nice, helpful and knowledgable about facilities and spa generally. Room cleaned by Natalia was very nice and cleaned even on those days when we left for town a bit later in the day. We very much appreciated how quiet cleaners were and were not disturbing.

Excellent stay. Loved the hospitality of the hosts at the hotel. Beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The spa was an added bonus after a tiring day exploring Prague. Exceeded all expectations. Will definitely come back here.

I'd have liked the spa and gym to be open earlier to get a morning workout in before going out for the day. If you want to use them it would potentially mean a shorter day exploring the city.

Friendly, helpful staff who went the extra mile. Complimentary wine, welcome note from the hotel are very nice touches. The room was clean as was the hotel. Nice enough bar area. Really good for the money we paid, I would return to the hotel without question.
