- More hooks in the bathroom are required. One exisiting hook on the wall is not enough even for 1 person. - Some shelf to place a tablet or other device in the bathroom is desired as well. - Apple juice for breakfast was most probably diluted with water. - The street is under rennovation but the roadwork will hopefully be finished in 2022.

Spacious room with really comfy beds, hospitable personnel, availability of bath rather than shower, variety of healthy food for breakfast. The hotel is located on a small street what makes you be deprivied of city noise and gives you good sleep.

The unfriendly front desk receptionist. Tell her she is the first thing the customer experiences at the hotel. Teach her the receptionist's job.

The experience would have been better had not been for the sour face receptionist upon arrival. I could not get a "Good evening" out of her despite trying several times. Tell her that a warm "Good evening" does not cost anything and works wonders on customer experience.

No coffee making possibilities. No water. No slippers. Location was a bit further from the central points. Tiny elevator.

Big room and bathroom. The place seemed clean. Cute baby cot. Nice enjoyable bath. We had a good sleep.

The hotel is off the main road and I was missing proper road signs to find it. Also there was some roadwork being done on the street so it was not clear where the entrance to the hotel parking is.

The room was very spacious and the bathroom had a full size bathtub. Breakfast room and selection was good.

Thank you for a great experience. The apartment was spacious, stylish and clean. Breakfast was the best I had - fresh croissants, a lot of fruits, nuts and etc :) I would love to stay at the hotel again next time I’m in Brno!

Reasonable parking fee. Roof terrace bar. Nice restaurant and menu options. Super friendly staff. Lovely bath tub. Didn’t even mind the green walls. Nice selection of wash products for guest and two robes per room if required. Quiet location. Good wifi. Desk in every room. #mrsocktastic London England.

Good hotel to stay on a business trip. Surprisingly good restaurant, chef is a real master, very tasty cuisine, I recommend restaurants to everyone.

+ 24h reception / we checked in after 1 a.m. and that was no issue for them + private parking + pretty good restaurant + late check out + clean + nice staff + equipped with infant stuff (cot, linen, towels etc.)

Overpriced Charge 25eur for dog???? First hotel in Brno to charge for a dog Location is shady and far from the center for walking First and last time there!!! Definitely other hotels worth so much more for 110eur per night

Staff was nice but lack of experience. When I booked it was clearly mentioned a full big bed, but what I got was a two twin beds. Room was cold as fridge, I was waiting till morning to leave, and I did, I left in the next morning 10 am while my booking was for two days. Last and not least, the location was far than the central while it says the hotel is in the center as in their page, you need to walk 11 minutes to the nearest tram, and then around 5-7 minutes to be in the centerum. Overall, my expectations were high but my experience was horrible.

I called beforehand and the receptionist told me that parking is indoors under cover, for 8 EUR per day, which is not the case. Parking is in the facilities, but not indoors and under cover. If I knew this, I would not stay here as I was specifically looking for indoor parking.

I am writing to provide some feedback on my recent two-night stay at your hotel while on a business trip. Overall, I found my stay to be okay, with some areas of improvement. Firstly, I would like to compliment the staff at reception, who were very welcoming and helpful in answering my questions about the local area. Additionally, the Junior suite I stayed in was a very nice size with high ceilings, and I appreciated the comfortable and spacious living space. However, I was disappointed to find that the suite room I booked had two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed. This was a drawback for me as it impacted my overall comfort during my stay. Additionally, I found the desk area and coffee station to be quite dusty and required me to clean them myself before use. Regarding the location, the hotel is situated in a quiet area, which was pleasant, but it took me around 30 minutes to walk to the center square of Brno. Although I mainly used Bolt taxis to get around, I did take a tram one day. In summary, I found my stay at The Fairhotel Brno to be an okay experience, nothing great and nothing bad. I hope that my feedback will be taken into consideration for any future improvements.

I didnt like many things, first this hotel is like 3 star hotel for price i pay 93€ you dont get what you pay at all, rooms looks strange , the view is on 2 site ,1 on old building or on main road .When you come with car you have to pay extra 10€ for parking . This should be in price . The most sad things which made me angry is , when you go to welness you have to pay extra for eatch person 10€ otherwise you cant use it .Plus you have to book it in advance . I did and when i was going next day they told me i have to pay i was shocked because nobody inform me that welness you pay seperate even on booking descroption . I think this basic 2 things should be incluaded price , mostley the wellness when is on picture. Location is bad i will not come anymore

Very nice hotel, great disigned, comfortable beds and bathroom, very good breakfast, parking, convinient for one night during travel or to visit Brno. I like it. Very helpfull and nice personel.
