The check in time was until 22.00 what was bit strange for that big hotel, we barely were in time. And check out time is until 10.00 what is also weird. Breakfast and check out time is the same. There were no curtain above the bath tub - all the water is on the floor when you take the shower.

Hotel is in the quiet place of the city but not far from the highway. Room was very spacious, bed very comfortable with good choice of pillows. Secured parking for free was a good bonus. Good breakfast

I was mildly disappointed by two things. The pool and wellness center appeared to cost extra and didn't have any workout facilities. (I'm not actually sure about this, though. My wife just had a look.) Also, after booking the stay, I was told that the pet charge was quite high —€20 per night — which is almost half as much as the per person room rate. I complained about this and was told sorry but that is the fee. When I arrived at the hotel though I was only charged that fee for one night rather than for two. I don't know if my complaint was considered or if there was a mixup in the communication with me prior to arrival, but this was a bit stressful and something that should be advertised ahead of time with more accuracy.

Because we were traveling with our dog, the location across the street from a big lovely park was excellent. We really enjoyed passing through there on the way too and from the town center. The breakfast buffet was outstanding too. Lots of Czech specialties in addition to the typical continental breakfast items that were quite high quality.

The entire hotel is under renovation. It's understandably messy here and there but they tried their best to accommodate.

Great location with proximity to a nice park and the old town. Smooth and fast check-in with polite staff. Spacious clean room with good ambiance and decent lighting. Comfy bedding. Good shower and clean toilet. Gorgeous smart TV is a nice plus.

I love the breakfast in the hotel and it is just 5min to the city center. There are much parking places around the building. Most of the hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are nice and comfortable. .

We took a family room - its layout was somewhat strange, lots of space, but not very useful - such as a big corridor, but no shared sitting area. The renovation was going on the first floor - this is temporary and the hotel will be even better after it.

Great location for travelers with a car - very close to the old town, but also easily accessible from a highway and has own parking space. Clean, comfortable, good selection for breakfast.

Very nice location across the road from the park. Easy access from the highway. Large parking. The room is large and the bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and speaking good English. Food in the restaurant very tasty. No issue during the stay at all.

The room was a good size, a nice very clean bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Staff at reception and in the restaurant were pleasant. The breakfast itself was very good. There was a bus load of ice-skaters visiting the hotel at the time so it was hard to find a place to sit but the next day it was very quiet.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a wonderful park in front of the hotel. In 10 minutes from the city center, there is a shopping center and shops close to the hotel. The hotel is clean and modern. The breakfasts are excellent.

Bathroom was bizarrely designed. Im 185cm and the toilet was just too high to sit on comfortably. The sink in corner with no place to put toothbrush and stuff. Otherwise nice stay.

Restaurant staff

Staff were particularly unfriendly, particularly the serving staff at meal times. They were completely unflexible on meal choices and serving size to the point of rudeness. Our group paid a lot of money to stay here for a few days and expect better treatment than that. Reception and house keeping were quite pleasant in contrast.
