The wellness center is quite pricey and always crowded. We couldn't choose a package through Booking, and there were no discounts for staying guests. Plus, we didn't get daily cleaning service for our room.

The breakfast options were really good and tasty. The room was clean and a nice size. The beds were okay for a short stay. The village and surrounding nature were really nice too.

The noise isolation of rooms are quite low. Due to the drunken guests noise it was difficult to get the rest during the night.

I purchased this a bit more expensive accommodation in comparison to others, believing according to descripton that swimming pool and spa facilites are available for the hosts for free. To our surprise when we arrived to the hotel we were said that hosts who booked via booking are eligible to use facilities only for extra charge, which was not explicitly stated in the booking.com app description before making the reservation. We were advised by the receptionist to better call before making the reservation. I do not agree. All details should be stated in the app before making reservation. The interior of the building is out of date, rooms overheated. Unfortunately, will not get back. No value for the money paid.

I liked the breakfast, variations each day, fresly fried pancakes. Situated close to the city center and all attractions.

problems with finding comfortable parking place despite being reassured twice there should be no problem . Hotel was full so was the parking lot . Breakfast was ok with variety but ... around one hour to closing time many choices not available. The information from the hotel -via booking- available only in Chech ???

Guests can't change air condition settings - guess it's run by the hotel staff. It would be really great if we could use the jacuzzi with the view of the palace in the evening, but it's closing at 7PM.

The operation of AC - it was central, so each time you want to turn it on/off, you had to call to the reception. If the line was busy, you had to go to the reception. Not very appreciated. Also, small shower head in our bathroom was small.

There is no air conditioning in this facility. Hotel rooms were very warm. My rooms were not together, although I made it clear I wanted to be close to my children. The hotel staff said rooms are unavailable together. Although, there were many empty rooms.

The room was extremely hot day and night. There was no air conditioning. We left the windows open and closed the blinds, but without a result. It was hard to get some sleep. The room was hotter than the corridor... Our room was on the 2nd floor and the elevator in that side of the hotel did not work, so it was a longer way with some stairs with the luggage. Some rooms are not available on booking.com and vice versa.

This is our second visit to this hotel. The location is great. We loved the hot tubs and the swimming pool on the rooftop. Unfortunately, you need to pay for wellness and the visit is limited to 2 hours. The restaurant downstairs was opened till 23 with food available till 22 o'clock. Food was ok. Parking available on the location. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Multiple choice for breakfast. Really surprising positively. Comfortable rooms and very good idea to divide opening hours to use SPA on the roof between families with children (until 14:00) and adults without children (after 15:00) which create appropriate level of comfort and relax.
