We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Czech RepublicThere was a bit of a lack of light in the rooms due to the size of the single window in the room. Although our room was apparently for wheelchairs, it lacked some sort of a squeegee for the water from the shower.
Very nice and clean (throughly cleaned throughout the stay). Accessible for all. Very cozy and comfy vibes.

Czech RepublicThe lights in the rooms and in the restaurant were very poor. The cloakroom in the wellness center was very tiny and the capacity was not sufficient. There were not enough towels there. The breakfast was very simple and it run out very often and we had to wait long until it is refilled.
The accommodation was nice, spacy rooms, calm location. Kind staff.

Very cozy location near the city centre but in woods. Snow made our stay so perfect. Restaurant is very good and offers tasty dishes. Hotel staff is also nice. Jacuzzi and sauna is plus. Worth every bit of the money paid.

Czech RepublicWe have noticed a sewerage system connection pot in front of the hotel's parking. It was covered with some material, yet it looked like it is not quite safe. We had a wifi connection problem in the room. Yet, the wifi was perfectly fine in the other areas of the Hotel.
The Reception Manager was very helpful. Diky moc for his efforts to accommodate us. Excellent choice for a breakfast.

Czech RepublicThe room lacks AC not fan also, even if this one is on the description of the room, terrible very awful and bad quality Wi-fi, the mini bar was empty, for that location that is far away from the city 2km some drinks of food it would be very convenient even if those are not included in the price, there is not potable water (except from the bathroom). Wellness just capacity for 6 people.

GermanyThere is a teras but it is not protected from rain, so it can be only used when it is not raining or there is not too much sun. The parking is not free and entering and exiting the parking is cumbersome.
Very nice hotel and staff. The restaurant has a good selection of local food and beverages. The location is outside of the main town and it is very quiet.

The staff was very friendly and caring, they offered us a warm welcome with a welcome drink and they were available for any questions we may have! The location was perfect to visit Marianske Lazne, the hotel is situated just few minutes by car to the center. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, I recommend!

GermanyWe had room in a third floor and unfortunately could hear almost everything from the other rooms - snoring, showering, talking. that was not really nice. There was also no possibility to make a tea or coffee in a room which is these days basically an elementary set up in hotels. However there was a fridge and the bathroom was spacious, clean and really nicely equipped.
The hotel is located at the golf course, just few meters away from the various hiking trails. So even if one does not really want to play golf, you can go for a hike and enjoy the beautiful nature that is in the surrounding. The hotel staff was more than helpful and polite and gave us a feeling we are in a five star hotel.

Czech RepublicThey tried to overcharge us for wellness we didn’t use even I had asked to cancel a reservation for it once they told that it is extra. Also wellness is opened from 12pm. TV wasn’t working and dirty towel was left on the floor upon the check in. Stuff was I believe tired or just not professional, except a very helpful lady during the breakfast who helped us to clean the table and get a better one.

Personal. My friend got a flu. I was struggling to get some paracetamol late in the night. After all personal tried to help the director brought me the medicine. What a nice attitude! After all I wanted to give a tip to the receptionist and waitress. Since you only can give a tip cash the director told me that he would give an extra remuneration to the personal on behalf of the hotel.

SwedenChoose a different hotel, as it has misleading advertising. They offer rooms with access to the SPA, but it closes at 8 pm and opens the next day at 12 pm, while the checkout time is 10:30 am! The hotel itself might be nice, but if your purpose was to enjoy the SPA, you should simply pick another hotel! And they charge 6 euros for parking, which is just a gravel lot with trash around it. No, they couldn't even consider compensating their customer for the misleading SPA information by offering free parking or showing any goodwill!
What they promised via Booking but did not fulfill.
