You should have a welcome drink for free. Similar 4 star hotels in that region offer a bottle of water which is highly appreciated by the clients

All was fine.

Rooms were very clean. Room size was appropriate. The view from the 10th floor was impressive. Parking inside the hotel yard was free. The checking process was short . Breakfast was 5 *. The coffee was amazing.

I think they need to improve quality of breakfast. I have been to many hotels around the world but some how in this one i didnt like the quality of breakfast for an example i took bread beans and eggs and in that basic breakfast bread was too hard and beans were not boiled properly. Like its a simple dish but if bread is fresh and beans are boiled properly it can be different plus the juices which which were served didnt taste fresh at all so sorry the breakfast really needs to improve.

Hotel bar facilities are just not functioning - Monday no facilites in bar avilable at all and very limited throughout of the day, but no warnings about it at the time of booking. Staff either not visible and the one visible not interested, but check- in staff very good. Cleaning of the room just about OK. No real promotion of the hotel's restaurant for an evening meal. Generally it did not feel like four star hotel at all.

Good breakfast, good bathroom, free parking in a city, that is not very friendly towards drivers. Hotel location very good.

Great location, perfect breakfast. Absolutely recommended for spending a few nights in Ceske Budejovice. Parking is included, the beds are also really comfy.

Pillows where terrible, they didn't hold their shape and the room was too hot. Unfortunately, the bar didn't serve any food which meant we had to go out each night.

Clean room, good breakfast - had alternative milks and good coffee, would of like more fresh fruit. Not far from the center of town. Parking was available and easy to get to.

Double bed is two separate beds put together and the drying fan was partially working, but those are just minor inconveniences.

Hotel was wonderful. The staff was very nice. Everything was clean. They gave us free parking for our stay. Location is a five minute walk from the city center. We enjoyed our stay. I other words it was beautiful!!

I had booked a single bed and they provided me only 2 small beds put together. Sleep was a disaster. There is no Restaurant here for evening and dinner. Room Service was name sake. They didn't make the bed and for 3 nights bedsheet and pilow cover was not changed, even if they looked dirty. They didn't filled any Coffee sache and even cups was not washed. An ok attitude from the staffs. Breakfast was just repeatedly same and Boring taste.

It was a huge Just Ok Hotel.

fire alarm at 2 a.m. was awfull disturbance for all guest in the hotel. This alarm was too loud ( of course) but fire was not present at hotel and alarm was incidentally started!

Rooms could have included some plates and cutlery etc. and a microwave would have been handy. It would have been nice for the hotel to have opened the outdoor seating area during our stay.....

Breakfast buffet was great....a range of cold and cooked breakfast! Room was great...very comfortable, clean. Staff were very friendly offering a flexible free late checkout! Free coffee was on offer at Reception.

There was no terrace where you can drink a coffee outside. Only the bar has one but it was “out of service”. I also ask for a room with matrimonial bed, they confirmed my request but I get a room with two beds. And one more observation, the staff does not speak English very well or maybe they are so bored then this “effort” is too much for them. The staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful!

The breakfasts were terrible. The staff was very slow, so we had to sit at the dirty table. Most foods were already eaten one hour before the closing time. So the range of available food for breakfasts was very poor.

Nice hotel near the city center. Free parking was available with the promo offer.
