Czech Republic-That the wellness/sauna had to be booked in advance to a certain time. -That I had to pay extra for parking. But Im glad I was able to use it. -The waiter in the evening wasn’t patient and clocked out and closed our dinner tab before asking us how we’d like to pay. He also added himself a hand written 100,- tip without asking, luckily we caught it in time and cancelled it with the management. Just one waiter (older) the rest of the waiters were professional.
Our room was simply perfect! Lovely view, nice and calm. Excellent massage, and wellness section. Beautiful eating area with a great breakfast selection and a tasty dinner selection with dim lights and calm atmosphere.

Czech RepublicTo be honest , the fact that sauna and facilities are for extra pay doesn’t make that much sense as I would expect this to be part of the night stay . Yes , understand that it has limitations per hour/ number of visitors but it can be done through reservations . I checked several places around and see wellness as “ free access “

Very modern and beautiful facility with very new equipment and furniture. Very beautiful people working there and are very helpful. No request was an issues. The location was brilliant. Very close to forest and trek to peak of Snezka in the same time close to down town.

Czech RepublicThe parking it’s so expensive and they say that it’s for pet availability but the price its 20 euro per day and they will notify you when you receive the payment check out that is not correct they should inform you wen you arrive they should tell you the price for the dog as well !! this is not correct from my side !!!!

Everytime I come I feel very comfortable and welcomed in its friendly and cozy atmosphere and by so nice and professional staff. Local restaurant Meat & Meet offers amazing food and I am in love with hotel spa as well. Definitely will come back ASAP and recommend to you.

PolandThis is minor point, but it catches an eye - carpets in the room and corridors were full of dirty spots like smth was spilled. The same thing was on the sofa in restaurant. Spa&Wellness are additionally charged. What is from my perspective should be for free for the hotel guests. Parking is super expensive in the hotel, and costs more than public one which is located right near the hotel. Also, you can’t have a parking place in the hotel if you have a car with LPG.

PolandI think that the wellness zone could be included in the price as a night in this hotel costs a little bit. However the quality of this property is on a high level so it was still definitely worth staying there.

Czech RepublicThe stay was great overall so these are just minor remarks, but I’d expect more xMas decorations and a tree in the hotel when it’s December. But maybe we were too early and it’s still coming up! Also prices of drinks at the bar were pretty high.
Clean room, attentive staff, great location and very good food, both for breakfast and dinner with a set menu. The staff can accommodate even special diet requirements. The hotel is also dog friendly and we even got a dog basket into our room. Which is a lovely touch.
