The restaurant was definitely amazing, rich buffet with whatever you need with amazing quality. The room was clean, not smelly. Near to any small outdoor activities.

Majority of meals include pork or are made of pork so this to be considered if you don't eat this meat. But there were always other alternatives.

The hotel is located right near the Colonnada, if you need to regualrly drink the spring waters it would take you 2 minutes to walk. The breakfast and dinner was very good, included veggie selection, hot meals, snacks, icecream and cakes. The service was quick and efficient. The spa procedures are accessible quickly, I presume that depends on the amount of people in the hotel. The sauna and pool are top, very clean. The fitness room were almost always empty and has a very good equipment.

One small thing. We were disturbed by a noise of some machinery (swimming pool?) going on at night, our room was on the 1st floor.

The breakfast and dinner buffet is very varied and well organized, the rooms are spacious and clean. The common areas are nice and all the staff who attended us were very friendly.

Dinner is till 8pm only (we got cold assortments due to late arrival). Breakfast is buffet style, very crowded and not much serviced (you can't get table service), all staff is busy with refilling the plates and collecting dirty ones. Check in was painfully slow - with passport copies needed, little English, by single receptionist only. Noise insulation is bad - you hear everyone walking and talking in corridors.

Spacious room, good location, rich and tasty breakfast in overall; bed comfort was great, as well as the room controls for temperature. Staff Ok, but English is a challenge. The truth is - this isn't a normal hotel, but rather a health sanatorium, with its rules and limitations..

It was a little bit difficult to find a way round a hotel, as the notices are sometimes confusing. For elder people who have problems with orientation it will be impossible to go alone to the restaurant or swimming-pool

Parking is available in a public garage nearby the hotel, you need to walk there for a few minutes but it was not really a problem. You can park in front of the hotel to deal with your luggage.

Very polite and helpful receptionist (blond lady) made us feel very welcome from the first moment. Hotel room was clean, well kept, beds were comfortable. Spacious wardrobe offered a lot of hangers and shelves. Breakfast was delicious, very good choice options, enough food even a few minutes before closing.

To the best of our hearing, the piano in the hotel lobby was not tuned properly.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel last year and this year. We took half-board. Last year, both breakfast and diners were excellent. But this year, they got even better. For example, fresh pineapples were always available. The variety and quality of the food was outstanding. The hotel has an impressive spa department. We noticed an improvement in the quality of the CO2 baths. This was the highest concentration of CO2 in natural water we've ever encountered. We had a spacios clean room with a balcony overlooking the forest. The hotel location is perfect. It is opposite the forest and just a couple of hundred meters from the colonnade. Staff is helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and we are going to visit it again.

The pool and saunas close at 9pm.

Excellent facilities, amazing breakfast and dinner and wonderful helpful staff. We asked for an air conditioned room with a balcony and since the hotel doesn’t have the combination, we were treated to their best air conditioned room which also included a jacuzzi and a sauna!

A fitness room could use some update, some basic equipment was missing, some machines didn´t work properly.

Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot, no complaints whatsoever. So if anything can be improved it will be only main dishes during dinner that were good but not great as the rest (facilities, comfort, cleanliness etc).

Definitely deserves the four stars and might go even beyond in many aspects! we stayed 5 nights in the suite, massive space, private Jacuzzi and Sauna, bathrobes for all the family, welcome drink, birthday chocolate, super nice welcome ! great swimming pool and steam room (a bit crowded at times). Plenty of parking in front of the hotel, bike paths in close proximity, beautiful part of the city just by the main square and the singing fountain. Food: Breakfast was great, plenty of selection, fresh and good. Dinner is slightly a different story, deserts were amazing also side dishes, but main dishes can do with little improvement.
