Owner is amazing lady, make you feel cozy and comfortable. Rooms are comfortable and clean and pension is in nice quiet area, not far away is big shopping centre and nice playground for kids. Runners and cyclists will also like area around. It needs 10/10 😉

The bathroom is a little bit too small.

The friendliness of the staff (I arrived quite late, but it didn't seem to be a problem) and the cleanliness of the room. The price is also good, especially since it included breakfast.

The lady who welcomed us when we arrived did not speak English. It was difficult to communicate with her.

We stayed only one night, in transit, and the place was perfect for this purpose. The hosts were very friendly, we arrived late, after the check-in hour, but they found a solution for this. I loved the fact the car park was very well secured. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast. We highly recommend this place!

Very neat, clean and spacious room. Very close to the bus stop (bus 49) to get to the center of Brno. Only takes a 20 min to get there. We knew we were not booking a room in the center of the city, so this was excellent 👌 The private parking was also offering plenty of space and well sealed off from the street, even offering a charging point for electric cars for those who need.

Everything was great. From comfortable beds, friendly owner who pay the attention their guests feel good there. Really nice breakfast, parking inside of property and nice area around to take walk, cycle or enjoy big playground with kids. Big shopping center is half of km from there, so if you feel for shopping or nice dinner, everybody will find his store or food corner there. I really recommend to stay in this pension if you search for accommodation around Brno. And still good price for such comfort 😉

We only spent one night at H+M Penzion Brno, but wow, what a gem of a place! The owners are super warm and welcoming. We loved the secure parking and the convenience of being just a short walk away from a shopping mall and some cool restaurants. Having great Wi-Fi and Netflix was an added bonus! Speaking of food, we went for dinner at 'Pizzerie u Splavu'. They serve fantastic pizza, langose, and tap beer. A big shoutout to H+M Penzion for offering free bike rentals, especially since it's so close to several bike trails and downtown. This place truly is a hidden gem

Quite place not far aways from highway. We were travelling to Croatia. Good location, clean, comfortable rooms. Not far away big mall. Have good dinner with nice Czech beer! Good selection of breakfast. Highly recommend.

Nothing to complain.

Very good communication with the host before arrival. Very good reception, perfect breakfast with plenty to eat and drink. It deserves a fill 10 mark ! The inside parking lot with the closed gate made me feel safe. The information leaflets in the small tea-snack and rest place stole my heart. Thank you !

The neighborhood is a bit sketchy but we were perfectly safe as we walked to a nearby restaurant for supper

We were pleasantly surprised with H-M. It appears rather basic from the outside but once you enter the courtyard you realize the owners of this establishment have taken extreme care to make sure every need of their guests are met. The beds were really comfortable, the breakfast was great. It was a perfect choice for an overnight in our travels
