Parking is a bit of a hassle. The mattress was not very comfortable The room said “landmark view” but all that we saw outside the window was another building under renovation

It was bang at the centre of all the action, very close to the springs The building is antique, wonderful and well preserved

Very old building without renovation. My room was not that cosy. Historical but too old. Construction works in front of the nose. The breakfast till 11:00 would attract more visitors:)

Central location! The room was big. The price for 3 nights is wonderful. The hotel is situated in a history building, that gives a certain spirit. Almost no hotel staff... Breakfast was good. Vintage elevator:)

Most other things are fine. need to replace some bulbs in the chandelier in the smaller room though.

the included breakfast is INCREDIBLE. We were the only one around and the staff gave us so much food. A plate of assorted ham, a plate of assorted cheese, fruit cake, juice, yogurt, different bread, and cooked some scrambled eggs and sausage for us.... and all these served on our table! We only need to make our own cappuccino from the machine.

Lack of reception at night was a little different from what I was used to, but everything was still really clear on where to get your keys. Floors could have been a little better cleaned, but overall the place was in great shape.

In their listing, they promised that they would arrange parking for us in a nearby parking lot, but they didn't arrange one and there was no parking lot nearby. The one they mentioned in their email as being the nearest was on the top of a hill, while the hotel is in the flat part of town. We had to take a taxi to get there and couldn't really use our car during our stay because of this. A parking lot is being built next door but that's not much help if you are travelling soon.

The hotel is simple but nice and clean, our room was light and spacious. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the most beautiful part of town. Breakfast is surprisingly good for a 3-star hotel.

We stayed two nights and there was no room cleaning during our stay. But that might be a standard in Czech 3 star hotels, I am not sure. The bathroom has seen better days; I've counted five different styles of tiles in the bathroom and there is no place where to store your toiletries. We stayed in the hotel during the Film Festival, which is a high season week, so the prices were double in comparison to any other week of the year.

The room is very spacious and quite tastefully furnished. The breakfast was sufficient and regularly replenished. The location of the hotel is right in the city center and the hotel is in a beautiful historical building.

Access by personal car to the hotel is pretty complicated because the street is protected by safety bollyards and you have to call in order to get access to the front of the hotel in order to unload/load your luggage. The manager of the hotel is a nice person but he has very limited knowledge of English which makes communication with him difficult.

Hotel Heluan is an old style buidling, like many buidlings in Karlovy Vary are. It is very practically located, near the Colonade area and mineral water springs. It takes only a few minutes to reach city center. We were lucky enough to get a room with balcony and city view. Breakfast was pretty good but not so great. The system of check-in and key pick-up is very nicely set-up. The room was very big and nicely decorated.

To arrive/depart having a lot of baggages is quite challenging. Although you can use the car asking to bring down the security bollards.

Wish it would be pay attention to cleaning. Generally it looks like good BUT when we open fridge, we were shocked.... there was a piece of non fresh meat, and I even don't know, if it was from previous guests or even early.....it smels rotting....

it was the same as described....it was easy to find and get into hotel as there was complete information send by mail and Whatsapp.

Soap on bathroom is not a good quality and absence gel for shower. Breakfast room is quite dark and not too much choice at breakfast

All needs information regarding check in and parking has been provided to me up in front, very useful and convenient. the style of the rooms, antique furniture and stucco ceilings are wonderful.

When we arrived, there was no key in the box (bo0x opened with code that was sent us earlier), but while we wondered around in hall and tryed to find someone, a man just appeared and filled all key boxes.

Room was large and view from window was great. Breakfast was better than I expected after reading reviews. There was nough food and space to eat. Location is great, just in the centre of Karlovy Vary. Hotel is quiet, it has nice retro lift :) Our daughter forgot her electronics to luggage room, I contacted hotel via whatsapp and they promised to keep it safe until mu brother will take it from there after a month. It was really kind of them.

Reception area was a bit gloomy.

Hotel was in an excellent location right in the heart of town. Triple room was extremely spacious with a separate sitting area (more like a suite) with lovely views over the town from the balcony. Plentiful breakfast and good communication with the hotel re check in and luggage. Overall a great stay.

Pillows could be updated, but not too bad.

Great location, easy to find, incredible view through the window and a really nice touch was that tv menu language was changed to our native language :)
