Very uncomfortable pillows. Small single duvet. Room is not provided with hair dryer. There is no tv or fridge inside.

Very good location. Only 5 min walking from metro station. Big room with comfortable mattresses. Nice shower with plenty water pressure. Breakfast quite good

Good price good breakfast, nice rooms. There is a tram stop right next to it that takes you to the center. There is also a metro nearby that works even for late hours.

Asked for a double bed and was given two single beds pushed together, which was kind of annoying. Pillows weren't very good and also it was a very limited breakfast. Reception was only until 7pm, which I didn't have much of a problem with as they informed me before I arrived and I was able to plan around it.

Location was ok, a bit far from the centre but less than a minute walk to the tram which directly gets you to the city centre in around half an hour. Was comparatively cheap as well.

They do not have a non stop reception. They told us that after we made the booking (not stated in the description) so we changed our plans and arrived earlier in Prague. But the problem was with the parking. You had to leave your car in a garage. They only told us that after we arrived and paid the parking. The garage closed at 19.00 each day, so we had to cut short our day trip to Dresden. Really not nice...

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was really good and the location was not to bad. Tram 17 just around the corner or metro station if you walked 5-10 minutes.

The cushion was awful! You need to fix the door as it makes super noise when opening and closing!! The old cheeky man from the kitchen! He should not be talking to people at all so he doesn't destroy their mood from the early morning! The breakfast was very week.

Everything’s fine, the room was very clean. Nice hot water in the shower. The administrator at breakfasts was very nice and helpful. The breakfast can be more various though.

Asked for a double bed and was given two single beds pushed together, which was kind of annoying. Reception was only until 7pm, which I didn't have much of a problem with as they informed me before I arrived and I was able to plan around it. Some of the staff were rude. Breakfast was a light buffet advertised as being served from 7am-10am. We showed up at 9:38am on one of the days to grab some food and coffee quickly and a tall old man with long hair shouted at us for "always being late," (despite the fact that we showed up at 9am the first two days we were there and weren't there the day previous to this incident). I went to check my phone as his reaction made me think we might've been later than we actually were. He shouted at me "don't look at the time," and told us to show up early for the buffet breakfast. After I grabbed what I wanted and sat down he proceeded to extremely passive-aggressively ask me if I wanted him to cook another whole tray of cakes in case there weren't enough remaining at the buffet table for me (I had already sat down and started eating and didn't want any and my partner had been put off the idea of eating there entirely). We decided to have our breakfast elsewhere for the remainder of the holiday.

The breakfast selection is really small, barely any choice. Fair amount of food but not much of a choice. The wifi at level 3 was horrible, it doesn't work almost all the time... We had to go outside the hotel at the door or at the seating area so we can get a bar or two only

Staff were nice, the place is not that bad. Not so far from the center so location wise was good as well.
