Our stay was really incredible. We had to check in late and the hotel staff was waiting for us. Thanks The location is also very good. The hotel is very clean and maintained. The place is recommended for a quiet, relaxed, and comfortable stay. Thanks again for making the stay awesome. The breakfast was amazing.

1. Reception desk open only to 7pm 2. Hotel is marked as 3 star hotel, but equipment of rooms are very poor. No TV, glasses, kettle or tea is very disappointing because it is basics for every 3 star hotel. 3. It was cold, really. Radiators was little warm during the day and night, they got hot only for few hours in the late afternoon and in the evening. I know that heating is expensive nowadays but cost saving in this area is totally inappropriate. 4. In the bathroom, mirror lighting was broken. Bathtub and toilet seat were totally worn out! 5. Breakfasts, every day the same. Is it really hard to do scrumble eggs? Summarize, in Henrietta hotel you can find cost saving in all areas. It's sad, because this place has huge unused potential.

Not too clean rooms, no TV in room what was a tragedy during the football WC. The hotel was cold the heating was not too much.

garage is overpriced for the service they offer: you won’t be able to take the car or enter garage outside working hours of reception (after 7pm till 7am). a I was quite taken aback the lady positioned the fact that my car was parked at the garage when she started her shift as a “problem “ , “ I came and saw some unknown car parked”. and when I said it wasn’t a problem she insisted it was. as though it was parked in her private house garage and not at the hotel where receptionist is THE ONLY person who can open and close the garage door. I’d expect they communicate better internally. another thing that disappointed me was she still insisted I paid complete days for parking in advance regardless that I’d be unable to park my car if I returned to the hotel after 7pm because she said if I wanted to park in the street it would be more expensive. I refused her ‘offer’, parked in the street and eventually cumulatively paid approx 1/3 of the fixed parking rate I’d have otherwise paid at the hotel. parking after 8pm is actually free in the street, as is on weekends. breakfast is very ordinary. rooms are worn out, the lock on my door inside has signs of being broken; wall soap dispenser leaked soap empty, switchers weren’t cleaned during room service - you’d notice a dirty switcher. if you think you’re saving money, think again. the value you get in return for the amount paid is not saving.

Were waiting for a receptionist about 10min. On a site was written about transfer to the airport, but they can order a taxi if you need only.

Breakfast was very good. Everything was enough and the staff is very polite and kind. Nice not big room. If you need there is a common fridge on the floor. The elevator is very old, that's why better to be care with it, bcz it stopped when we were on a way out to the airport.

Uncomfortable bed,hard mattress. For 3 persons quite small space, gel for hands wishing was poured out as the result it was almost over.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was ok. Hotel accepted our dog without addition payment - thanks for that

Room: graffiti on door , broken toilet seat , no chair in room . No ( TV in room) . Housekeeping did not come and top up toiletries on daily basis. Pillows were really bad 👎.

Nice hotel with big enough rooms located Kobylisy. The subway station is 5 min away, also there's a good connection to the different parts of the city with trams. Nice and helpful stuff, easy check-in and -out. Underground parking is also available. Rooms are clean and with a good layout.
