The concept itself is very interesting but my family loved it. Its a lot of self service but I think its great that you can just get a free coffee or a good (very cheap) cake when ever you want without disturbing anyone. The rooms are nice and there was a great internet connection which is usually not the case in the mountains.

This was already our second time at this hotel. There has been a renovation of the rooms. It looks beautiful and the beds are very comfortable now. We were satisfied with everything.

Amazing family atmosphere - hotel clearly set up for families with kids. Great facilities - kids play room, lounges, spa all in perfect conditions that both kids and adults enjoy alike. Delicious food - kids especially loved pancakes every morning. Perfect location - all key places in Jeseniky within 30 mins drive. Would recommend to families with kids, not necessarily to people looking for a quiet place :)

The room should be rather 3 stars rated as bed was not as comfortable as should be and maybe should be refurnished a little bit. Dinner served rather with small choice and only between 6-7 pm which is not something I would choose in the future. Breakfast only till 9:30 am. Check out time till 10am definitely too early.

I like the place and the style of it. It is not a typical hotel and some of the services You may expect in 4 stars hotels, are self served here. Breakfasts were very good. Common spaces in the hotel very well equipped and nice. Good impression makes especially kitchen, equiped with all You would need, as well as some food was available in the fridge with fair prices. Sauna and whirpool nice and clean and available 10-22.

Geat location in middle of Jeseníky, good vreakfast and friendly staff. Only dinners could be better (chicken roll was not my favourite).

I did not like the overall cleanliness. It was bearable, but I would expect far more even for cottage style accommodation. Dirty towels, badly cleaned dishes, the whirpool was full of insect (but as it is outdoors, you can expect that). Also when we were checking-out there was nobody at the reception desk so we had to look for the personnel (and we were checking-out at the time set by the hotel).

The location is very convenient, close to every trip we made. Very quiet even though the building is situated very close to the road (trees are blocking the noise). It should not be categorized as a hotel though! It is rather cottage style accommodation, self-service (and cleaning), so do not expect hotel style services. You can make your own food in big kitchen with basic cooking ingredients. There is also small spa area with whirpool (outdoor) and two saunas (indoor). The food is average, breakfast smaller, but kids (even adults) would appreciate pancakes very much. Served dinner is usually typical czech food (nothing fancy but the taste not bad)

The property claims to be a 4 star hotel and charges like one. I have never seen a 4 star hotel serve breakfast this poor, ask you to pour your own drink and then put the dirty glasses in the dishwasher, have cleaning service only once every 5 days, don’t provide enough soap or turn off the heater and the hot water (especially when outside is below zero and snowing). We don’t mind all those things if we were staying in a cabin in the forest. But if you want to be called a 4 star hotel and charge accordingly you must provide them. Otherwise it’s very bad value for money.

Great hotel with amazing location. Beautiful nature. Nice facilities, dining area, terrace, wellness, ping-pong and kids' playroom, plus kitchen. Great place to stay with kids.
